I had high hopes for this place, but I left feeling disappointed. It was busy inside, and when we got to the front of the queue, the young man informed us that we’d need to wait a few minutes as he finished an order. That was fine, but we ultimately waited 25 minutes just to place our order, as the sandwich maker (the girl) at the front was very, very slow. After finally ordering, we waited another 15 minutes for our sandwiches, which felt excessive (total 35 minutes). The girl making the sandwiches came across as extremely unwelcoming and cold. She didn’t greet us or even make eye contact, and when I asked for olive oil and salt, she rudely said that salt isn’t healthy. I had to remind her to add it to my sandwich—who is she to lecture me on my health? by doctor?! I came here for food, not a consultation. The sandwich itself was underwhelming. The bread was undercooked; I even counted that it was placed under the salamander grill for only 10 seconds, which made no difference. The bottom of the bread was still raw, with no crispness whatsoever. I spent 35 euros on these sandwiches, and they were not enjoyable at all. In summary, rude sandwich maker (the girl only), extremely slow service (by the girl), unwelcoming attitude, and poor-quality food made for a disappointing experience. I hope the owners address these issues, as this business has potential. Train your staff to be more efficient, provide better customer service, and improve the food quality—especially the bread AND SMILE. Unfortunately, I won’t...
Read moreAs soon as I walked in the smell of fresh bread was all over the place, made me even more hungry. There’s 10 different options to choose from. Personally very difficult to just choose one, it took me a while. The menu also includes 2 Veggie options and 1 sweet option.
What I liked the most was that they prepare everything in front of you. The vegetables are freshly organized, the meats are cut at the moment and are originally brought from Italy. Everything is homemade from the bread to the salsas salsas, the trufa salsa was my favorite!!! Should try 😉

Read moreI recently visited a sandwich spot in Barcelona, and it was nothing short of amazing! The menu was thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of creative and delicious options. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fillings were packed with bold, complementary flavors. I especially loved Papa Carlo—it gave everything a unique and authentic twist. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and passionate about their craft, taking the time to explain the menu and recommend their favorites. It’s clear they take pride in every sandwich they serve. Whether you're a foodie looking to try something new or simply in need of a quick, satisfying bite, this place is a must-visit in Barcelona. I left completely satisfied and already planning my...
