Nice shop with so many jewellery materials. I came here for steel options and also to make a personalized charm bracelets. You can get your chain for 3 euros and add charms that vary from 0.60 cents, 1 euro to 2 euros. I chose 5 charms and in total with the fee of making the bracelet there it was 10 euro. They also had natural stones etc. Packs of jewellery materials for decent prices too if you are into making on your own. I wish they gave a small bag to put all my purchase, I had to put them in my purse but I guess since they sell mass amounts it is not their priority, understandable. The staff is helpful, one of them speaks English too and they guide you if you need it. It is nice to create custom bracelets with the charms you choose for decent price, a very good present item I think. So if you are in Madrid I would recommend it. Entre con la intención de comprar una pulsera a juego con mi novia, y como comprador que soy estaba mirando accesorios para pulsera y cogiendo alguno y dejando otro después de encontrar los que queríamos fuimos a caja, donde me dijeron que donde estaban unos accesorios que habíamos puesto en la bandeja y ya no estaban. Aparte me saque todo lo de los bolsillos, revisaron a mi novia y seguían sin creerme ni nada, viendo la situación reclame hoja de reclamaciones, les costo sacarmela y yo tenía muy claro que si no me la sacaban llamaba a policía para que se resolviera esto, se lo dije a la dependienta que me dijo 'LLAMALES' y ahi entonces si me sacaron la hoja. Vino una dependienta mas mientras estaba escribiendo hoja a intentar hacerme entrar en razon, pero no tiene justificación alguna la acusacion sin prueba de q me estuviera metiendo algo en el bolsillo.
