Messed up all the orders. Unhelpful and rude. Kebab was ok, good size and fresh salad. Grilled veg were average. We ordered 3 different kinds of durum. First he said it was one of them and then changed his mind. When i pointed it out he said the original (which it was supposed to be at first) is with roasted veg and this one comes with fries. After getting a kebab with onion when i wanted none i had to ask for the actual fries, which he gave me without apologizing and very rudely. Finally the veggie one was supposed to be with roasted veg but he made it with salad. Not a nice service, orders are not what you want them to be and they dont even apologize for messing up everything....

Poor customer service, no sense of customer satisfaction and food quality/taste is below average.

Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped by Little Istanbul expecting a quick and decent meal, but was met with poor service and subpar food. The staff seemed uninterested, careless, and rushed, and the food lacked both flavor and freshness. The meat was dry, the sauces were bland, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. For the price, the quality was far below acceptable. Definitely not worth a repeat visit.
