We booked flights from Arusha to Zanzibar six months in advance, but two days before departure, five of us were unexpectedly switched to Kilimanjaro, which would’ve meant a stressful scramble to arrange transport and adjust plans. After we contacted customer service via email,Theresia quickly stepped in via WhatsApp, manually resolved the system glitch, and ensured we could board from Arusha as originally planned. Absolutely one of the worst airlines in the world. Random rescheduling and rerouting of flights on the day of departure, travel agencies are only informed 1h before new departure. Untrained staff who need to be told to look things up to provide basic flight-related information. There is no communication between staff members and there is no ground staff to handle the rerouted flight. Promised refreshments for heavy delays are not provided - and this is just 1 flight. Avoid this airline...

Save yourself the stress and time. Stay away from this airline. Eventhough they have mostly short haul flights within their country. They find away to be 4 to 5 hours late on this flights. No communication with the passengers and you basically got to search for someone in a uniform. I will never again use...
