I’ve had spa services at this branch three times over the past couple of years, and I think it’s fair to say that while the treatments are alright, there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ve experienced much better hospitality at other branches like the one at CentralWorld.
To be sure I wasn’t imagining things, I actually repeated the same treatments on two separate days. Haha.
Back & Shoulder Massage – The same techniques and short sequences were repeated over and over on the same areas for the entire 60 minutes. Even as the recipient, I found it monotonous and uninspired.
Foot Massage – There was little variation in technique. Much like the above, the same routine was repeated for the full 45 minutes, which felt repetitive and lacked engagement.
Facial Soothing Massage – I felt that more pressure could have been applied to specific areas, especially since it’s supposed to be a massage. Otherwise, it felt more like a series of facial cleansing steps. Personally, I felt like my face was just being cleansed repeatedly with different creams or gels. There was about a 10-minute mask treatment, but it didn’t seem to have any noticeable effects - no tightening or refreshing sensation. I found myself getting impatient as the session went on.
Customer Service – We had made and paid for back-to-back bookings: a Facial Massage followed by a Foot/Back/Shoulder Massage. This was acknowledged and confirmed at check-in. However, after the facial session, we were unexpectedly given the change of footwear and served fruits and tea -essentially, the usual sign-off at the end of a visit. We were puzzled and explained that we had another session. Instead of checking the record, they returned with the treatment menu and asked us what we would like to book. What? I had to head back to the counter to explain again that we had already paid for the next session. It took them a while to sort it out, and by the time they did, precious time had been lost. We were frustrated, and there was no apology for the confusion. I really wish the team had better internal coordination and ensured that booking details were properly relayed...
Read moreWe stopped by Let’s Relax at Terminal 21 for a much-needed break, and I’m glad we did. The place is very clean, and the customer service staff at the front desk was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional.
I got the 60-minute shoulder and back massage, and it was absolutely worth it. As a big fat guy, I honestly expected her to make me take my shirt off, but thankfully, she let me keep it on, which spared both of us. I joked that massaging me must feel like working on a giant slab of Wagyu beef, but my massage therapist handled it like a total pro. Her technique was solid, and she really zeroed in on the tight spots in my upper back and neck. I spend way too much time hunched over my phone, so my posture is starting to resemble a question mark. I walked in sore, stiff, and lopsided, but I walked out feeling relaxed, loose, and human again.
They start by offering a cold towel and a refreshing glass of iced welcome tea, which sets a relaxing tone right away. Once my massage therapist was ready, she provided me slippers and guided me to a small foot-washing area to begin the experience. After that, she brought to a private treatment room that is calm, clean, quiet, and filled with a soothing aroma. At the end of the session, she gently escorted me back to the front area where a cup of hot tea and a small snack was waiting for me. You’ll be offered either a cookie or mango sticky rice. Both are good, but the mango sticky rice was definitely my favorite.
My wife got the one-hour full body massage. I can’t say exactly what her experience was like, but she said she really enjoyed it.
Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. We both left feeling refreshed, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended if you are in the area and need a break from walking...
Read more25 April 2025, I found a great therapist at let’s Relax T21 called Jamras and for this unique reason I was returning to this company. Indeed, beside of this therapist all the other ones are very mediocre. Today, I came to my weekly session but the receptionist named K. Ram told me she did not know where to call me to cancel my session. Nevertheless, the T21 bookers called me plenty of times to setup appointments but just today my phone number disappeared from her computer system. Yea… OF course 😜😜 Not to say that this K. Ram had a very unpleasant attitude and really looked like she didn’t give a S… on this issue. This makes me think of a great Warren Buffet’s quote: “ it takes 20 years to build up a reputation and only five minutes to ruin. If you think about that you’ll do things differently.” I am done with Let’s Relax and I’ll do my best to avoid it from now on. I usually get 2 massage session a week all year around… Let’s Relax just happened to lose me for good this time. I’ll keep you posted with my future massage companies researches 🙏🏻
15 February 2024 I have return today and I have exactly the same feeling about this place. The location is great but the staff is not efficient and apart from saying “I am sorry” they don’t know much more to respect a pre approved appointment with a dedicated therapist. Waste of time and nothing relaxing… ———— Earlier review I have just read a LOT of terrible negative comments about this Let's Relax T21 massage and I 100% agree with it. This is certainly the worst place I know in Bangkok to get a massage. I went 3 or 4 times and it has always been a disaster. Desk staff is terrible, they crook me once for 500thb, massage sucks and every thing is just a waste of time and money. So many great places in Bangkok to get a good massage, just forget about...
