Save your money. Go elsewhere. Was quoted 900 for lashes and then they charged 1500. It would have been fine if they gave the lashes I asked for (extra volume) but they still gave me only the basic natural lash (40 lashes per eye—which is less than my normal natural set fwiw). So I was overcharged for less lashes. On top of it, the lash technician did not wash her hands. She also taped my lashes down AND THEN got everything ready, making me sit like that for 20-30 min with no action. She should have been prepared or maybe just let me sit normally while she got it all together instead of making me sit uncomfortably for longer like that. She also kept getting the glue in my eyes which is really painful. My eyes are still red from the procedure and it was almost 24 hours ago. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere for lashes.

I asked for ombré and they just stuck a toner on there, I couldn’t even argue with them about it so just decided to cut my losses as I wanted to get away from the bad energy in there. I wanted to just shape my nails and get a gel polish. When I came in, they didn’t have enough staff, so a hair dresser had to file my nails. She did not do what I asked, and ended up filing down all my nails (made them way too short). I had to cancel the whole thing and refused to pay. The next day I came back for nail extensions to make them long again, and she made the acrylic so thick and clumpy. I had acrylic sticking out on the sides of my nails, and a lot under my nails (she didn’t apply the stencil correctly, so I got a lot of acrylic between the nails and the stencils).

The staff is very nice and friendly, but the quality of the work is not really good.
