One of the best Isaan food restaurants I’ve tried in Bangkok! It is on kind of small alley so you need to know the place unless you live in the area. It is a short taxi ride from phrom phong BTS station. The shop is clean, open and decorated nicely. We tried: Koo muu yaang (grilled pork neck) Som tam (papaya salad) Tam kawport (corn salad) Kung chee naam plaa (prawn sorked in fish sauce) Gai yaang (grilled chicken) And some desserts.
….. all are so delicious! We often get koo muu yaang that is too fatty or dry, but it is perfectly tender and juicy here. Gai yaang was also great and both salads are nice and fresh. Dessert was also yummy. We wanted to try coconut cake but it was sold out for the day, we tried egg ice cream, which we were not sure of first, but It was surprisingly very nice!
Staff were super friendly and welcoming kids. We definitely...

Was too busy enjoying the food to take more pictures. The grilled chicken was excellent, the duck larb also.
Little bit old school feel and vibe of the restaurant itself. But that also means decent value.
How I rate: 5* = Not to be missed, go out of your way to try, local best in the category. 4* = High quality, I would visit again. Great if you are in the area. 3* = It's fine. No complaints. 2* = Sketchy, not worth your time or money. 1* = Just no. How is this place still open?
Really attentive,...
