Update:
I was really hungry for something fun and different today and I ordered it from kebab Halal express Ashok and much to my surprise it came in boxes with this restaurant El Basha!! Definitely a good surprise cause I love the food here and we ordered the beef kind of like burgers 🍔 but they were closed burgers meaning the pad and everything was inside and the bun on the outside was definitely homemade and it was really amazing ! The beef inside was a patty of beef and of course it had all the great fixings inside and I think it was baked like that and a chicken burger 🍔 with cheese 🧀 in it!! it was also baked the same way that the beef one was baked I loved it I will order again this same dish!
then I had one falafel wrap which I absolutely devoured!!
I love their green spicy chutney it came in boxes they were amazing I would highly recommend getting the beef one only because I’m right now really into beef but the chicken with the cheese was very good too!!
Definitely recommend for take away!!

So I wanted to try a different place to eat and this popped up on my Grab food app and I thought oh I haven’t tried this place and I’m so glad I did!
I am stuffed having falafel wrap it was so tasty I love the green spicy chutney that they have!
I ordered the beef but I can’t eat it right now I’m stuck falafel wrap!
But the beans 🫘 The fava beans concoction is so tasty 😋 omg I can’t stop eating that!! It’s called the Ful Mudammas Fava beans 🫘- if you like beans cause I love refried beans like Mexican style this dish was incredible I will definitely re-order this dish anytime anywhere anyplace I go now to any Lebanese restaurant or Turkish!
I also ordered a falafel plate loving falafel right now! I have I have to order all the time because that’s my other favorite all-time dish and it’s very good phyroestrogen for me😂😎💕
I didn’t read the atmosphere because obviously he was a delivery but I would highly recommend to order from here and obviously if you’re in the area go & eat there for sure!!

Read moreLebanese and Turkish are two of my favorite cuisines, so I was excited when I heard about this place. I messaged them to ask whether they serve beer/wine (to determine if it was more suitable for lunch or dinner). They replied and said that while they don't serve alcohol, we could bring our own, and they don't charge a corkage fee. Wow! How hospitable is that?! Super impressed already!
So we arrived and the first thing I noticed was how much nicer and more welcoming the staff are compared to Beirut, Bamboo and other similar restaurants. The menu has a huge selection of dishes from both Turkish and Lebanese descent. Unfortunately a few of my favorites were not on the menu, most notably there's no Iskender Kebab offered. But there was still plenty to choose from.
We went with a Lebanese style Sampler-Veggie platter that included the best Falafel I've had in Bangkok. They were super fresh and unbelievably delicious. The hummus, labneh and eggplant dips were less notable, but all fine. We also got a mixed Shawarma platter and a Turkish Pide. Shawarma was on-point. PIde was good but a bit too much cheese for my taste. Their pita bread is nothing special, but it's also fine for dipping.
The only big disappointment was the dipping sauces. Their garlic sauce is not a real Lebanese style Tulum. It is more like a garlic infused mayonnaise. And the green chili sauce was extremely watery and lacked flavor and heat. They charge 20 baht each, which would be fine if they were better. The Tulum is usually the best part of a Lebanese meal, and the green chili sauce is the main reason I go to Beirut and Bamboo. I hope Elbasha will improve these. If they do, this will become my new favorite restaurant.
I might also suggest they check out the way Nadimos does pita bread. They bring it out freshly baked so that it's still inflated when it arrives. I know this might require some additional equipment, but the impression it makes would sure be worth...
Read moreSecond time dining here by bringing my family with me. I have got to say that, again, the food here is very delicious and amazing. The service is also great. I really have a good time here.
Firstly, We love all the dishes that we have tried today. The rice is tasty, Shawarma beef is very flavorful, but for me, nothing beats soft dough burger. I have to order it every time I come here. Their salad is also good as well. As a side dish with my soft dough burger, it elevates the flavor of the dish even further.
The service here is also good. I remembered giving an order to the restaurant owner and he was very helpful while I’m choosing the menu. All the staffs here are very nice and helpful as the same.
For the refreshments, I have a privilege to try out their tea and dessert for the first time. I have to say that this is the perfect combination with the heavy meal. The tea is very refreshing. The dessert is absolutely delicious. It’s light, not too sweet, and goes well with the hot tea, making it a perfect way to finish the meal.
All in all, I strongly recommend this restaurant to all the foodies who want to try out delicious Turkish cuisine here in Bangkok.
Ps. I actually want to thank the owner himself for all the good experiences that we have, but unfortunately he left the restaurant beforehand. So, hope this review send a thankful message to him and all the staff who have taken care of me today.
I’ll definitely come...
