Poor and incompetent service. Staffs were rude.

We were party of 5. No one explained the menu to us, we first ordered 3 shabu, one suki, and one nabe. Staff said no there is only two hot plates so we were forced to order just two soups (in a non-apologetic,very matter of fact manner). No issue, we opted for 2 suki and 3 shabu. We all chose x wagyu as our choice of meat and udon (the udon corresponding to our soup) as our main dish. Should be easy enough as we al chose the same things but no, it was an ordeal. More senior staff had to come take our order but not before telling us we couldn’t order what we did (why not?!)

We went for dinner at 7:30. By 7:45 we had just finish ordering (due to incompetency of staff) - and they brought us the bill BEFORE the udon and dessert were served! This was at 9:30 and the closing time is at 10. No issue, we paid, udon was served, then dessert came - and the staffs were standing there, rushing us out while we were having our dessert!!!

A horribly rude service through and through. And they called themselves “premium”....

The Good first then. All of the ingredients are top notch and the staff are quite attentive. The food presentation is also very beautiful ☺️

The down sides are that each of you have to order one set per person. This may not be the place for people who eats very little. You also cannot get different soup despite having to order different set. This could be problematic when you go with friends who does not eat pork or beef; or even if you want a Shabu Shabu and your friend wants sukiyaki. The price is also on a little high side, but it...

Absolutely one of the best Shabu Shabu experiences I’ve had! The quality of the beef was outstanding — tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The unlimited fresh vegetables were a big plus, with a great variety that kept the meal light yet satisfying.

What truly set this place apart, though, was the service. It felt like dining in a 5-star hotel — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Every detail was taken care of with care and courtesy.
