Who would have thought that my first FUE Hair replacement procedure done in Bangkok, far away from Perth Australia was going to be such an enjoyable and professional experience?

Initially I was somewhat apprehensive of having my procedure done overseas where there seemed to be every type of hair replacement package on offer at a huge number of clinics, all claiming professional standards at varying prices spread out across the vast Bangkok metropolis; so, where do I start? My quest was simple, how do I find a professional clinic that will do exactly what I want, at a price I was going to be comfortable with and within my travel schedule as well as offer some assurance that I will be well looked after before and after the operation. A big ask by any means.

After surfing the web high and low in Perth I came across Urban Beauty (UB) in Bangkok who turned out to be sourcing agents for many highly reputable clinics in Bangkok and other locations. UB’s website provided enough information of the many services offered by clinics that they can source directly on your behalf and provide you an estimate of expected costs up front which was reassuring as prices vary greatly from clinic to clinic in Bangkok.

A quick email to Urban Beauty detailing the procedure I wanted and with my initial questions answered, I confirmed my appointment and was on my way. From arriving in Bangkok, I was greeted like a valued UB customer and all my further questions were answered promptly and reassuringly in English, which was so handy, not being fluent in Thai.

The ladies from UB provide excellent customer service and have in depth knowledge of the types of anti-ageing and hair restoration services available at a vast number of reputable clinics they have direct access with. Their service took all the stress out of organising my transport and only made recommendations for appointments that could easily slot into my travel schedule and most importantly my budget.

With everything being done for me I could focus more on the FUE procedure which I decided to have done at a highly reputable clinic in Bangkok. The clinic proved to be first class in every respect from my initial consultation to my postoperative assistance. The staff provided personal and friendly service where I was treated with genuine individual care and attention. Thankfully my operation was a success (which was no surprise) due to the confidence I felt and the highly trained and skilled doctor and the experienced team.

A big thank you to the ladies at Urban Beauty who were extremely charming and gave such professional service where nothing was too much trouble and every step was explained and taken care of in a passionate and sincere way. I was constantly kept up to date and everything seemingly went like clockwork from my initial appointment to post procedure stage.

I highly recommend using Urban Beauty’s service simply because it works and doesn't cost you the customer anymore. Most importantly you won’t have to worry about a thing apart from being on time for your transport and the days of your procedure. My experience was so good with UB that I will be returning to Bangkok for more services with them in the near future. Keep up the great work.

First be aware that Urban Beauty is a broker and when you contact them, you'll be brought to another clinic they represent, not one at the Ambassador Hotel. That is not a bad thing. Yosakarn was the clinic the brought me to and it was very nice.

The good: clean, professional nurses, and Jenny. Jenny was assigned to help me through the process and stayed with me throughout the entire event. She was professional, caring, and courteous. I give her 4 stars, she is an asset to their company.

The bad: The "doctor" did very little in the way of explaining the procedure or the post-care. After the procedure they rushed me out of the room and were calling a tax, even while I was recovering. Very unprofessional on the part of some of the staff.

Would I go back? Sure. Prices were good, but be aware you better do your homework on any procedure you plan to do, you'll not get much info from...

I find Urban Beauty Thailand, Their Doctor team are Good from the consultation and staffs accommodating to all needs and question you want to know their anytime.

I shared with Doctor about my problem because i had Depression Postpartum. Because i think so much insecure of all parts of my Body. Changes as a new born and Mother. i have been breastfeeding for several months. After that i end it up breastfeeding. Then i saw myself to the mirror looking back my Breast so Disgusting Flesh and Saggy.
