I went to this salon today to fix a color problem. I was assured they could do it. 3 1/2 hours and $300 later I came out with dull brown hair. I went in as a blonde and wanted a bad root color job fixed. I hate the color and nearly cried. I was told the only way to fix it was to bleach it. I had explained that my hair never needed bleach and I had been coloring it a lighter blonde for years, no bleach. I am horrified at the results, was told I could have it dyed even darker to make the lighter color pop. What lighter color? This is a dishwater ugly brown, no blonde at all. My husband barely recognized me I would NEVER recommend this place. They sold me some ridiculously priced "treatment" and they are NOT color...

If only I could give this place no stars, I would. The receptionist on site was very unwelcoming and unaccommodating. For context, I am someone who wears the headscarf and came in initially wanting a hair wash and a blow dry however after telling me they weren’t available for walk ins for the VIP room (private room to be free haired) I asked for the service prices for future purposes.

Their response was very cold and hostile and they told me to “look for another salon to go to instead” — I asked if there were any other salons nearby and she just said “go look” followed by a condescending look. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier problem but I sure did feel discriminated and looked...

Great experience cutting my hair here and super good safety precaution for covid 19. They checked my vaccination status beforehand and they do regular sanitization of the venue for the safety of both customers and staff.

Price not on the cheap side but service was super good. Paid around 4000 in total for cutting 1600 plus 2400+ hair treatment.

Hairdresser (senior stylist) was very attentive to detail and the assistant also did a good job with the hair treatment. The hair treatment was scalp detox and also hair conditioning / masking. My hair feels super soft after and even after a few washes.

Will come back when I visit Thailand again...
