Came to try it here for the first time, cos my partner says its nice. Our main course is pork & mushroom which came slightly undercooked (you can see from the picture), I informed the waitress and she stated chef says pork can be eaten medium rare? And I was like what, its not beef and I don't want to risk eating it. (You can see on the news, stated pork here should be eaten cooked otherwise you get Streptococcus Suis or roundworm, parasite and etc.)

She apologize and take the dish in, came back said the manager is really sorry and will give us a dessert as complimentary.

THEN THE MANAGER HIMSELF CAME SERVE US WITH THE SAME DISH WHICH CAN CLEARLY LOOK BY AN EYES IS OVERLY COOKED & BURNED (as you can see from the picture). THE MANAGER HIMSELF!!!!!??!!!. HOW SARCASTIC CAN YOU BE? TREATED US LIKE ITS A JOKE?

The dish was ruined, pork is very stiff. We did not finish the dish. Plus I feel very upset to get treated like this. Then they give us another sparkling wine as a complimentary again. I told the waitress there is no need we are done with the food and she says they void the pork & mushroom out from the bill. BUT I HOPE YOU DO KNOW THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE BILL. WE CAME HERE TO EAT & HAVE OUR GOOD TIMES DESPITE THE PRICE & SERVICE CHARGE. But i have to say I did not expect this. TOTAL DISAPPOINTED.

I came expect to eat delicious dish and enjoy? But this is not even close to the word okay. So if you don't expect anything you might come and try. BUT IF YOU EXPECT SOMETHING. DON'T. COS YOU DON'T WANNA PAY IT PRICEY AND EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. IF THIS IS CALLED SERVICE BY MANAGER AND FOOD BY CHEF? OH THE WORST MANNER. Waitress are really nice though she apologize several times and its not her mistake at all.
