As a lover of Indian cuisine, I must say that finding the perfect Masala Dosa can sometimes feel like a quest. But, my friends, the search is over! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the most delectable Masala Dosa, and I simply must share my experience with fellow foodies.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was struck by the inviting atmosphere and the aroma of spices wafting through the air. The friendly staff welcomed me and guided me through the menu, and I eagerly placed my order for the Masala Dosa.
As the dish arrived at my table, I was instantly captivated by its beautiful presentation. The dosa itself was a golden-brown hue with crisp edges, enveloping the spiced potato filling. The accompanying chutneys and sambar added a vibrant splash of colors, making the dish even more enticing.
As I tore off a piece of the dosa and dipped it into the coconut chutney, I was met with a delightful crunch, followed by a burst of flavors. The dosa had the perfect balance of crispiness and softness, making it a true culinary delight. The potato filling was aromatic, with the right blend of spices that imparted a warmth to the dish without being overpowering.
The complementary chutneys and sambar elevated the Masala Dosa to new heights. The tangy tomato and onion chutney paired exceptionally well with the dosa, while the coconut chutney provided a refreshing contrast to the spiciness. The sambar, filled with an assortment of vegetables, was both flavorful and comforting, tying the entire meal together.
As I savored each bite, I couldn't help but appreciate the complexity of flavors and textures that make Masala Dosa such a beloved dish. This particular rendition was undoubtedly one of the best I've had, leaving me feeling both satisfied and eager to return for more.
In conclusion, if you're a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to try something new and delicious, I highly recommend this Masala Dosa. The harmonious blend of flavors and textures will transport you on a culinary journey, leaving you longing for...

Read moreThis was our first visit to this Indian restaurant in Bangkok, and it was a decent find. One unique aspect is that you can communicate with the staff in Tamil. However, we found the atmosphere to be lacking due to inadequate air conditioning. Guests were seen wandering around in search of a cooler spot to dine.
The restaurant is located on the first floor of a building that resembles a food court, with other eateries nearby. Initially, we were pleased with the menu selection, which featured familiar Indian dishes. However, upon arrival at 3:15 PM, we were disappointed to learn that the Mini Meals were unavailable due to the absence of the chef, which we were unaware would affect the menu offerings. We suspect other items may have been unavailable for the same reason.
Consequently, we opted for tiffin items like dosa, uthapam, onion uthapam, and masala dosa. Unfortunately, the service was slow, likely due to the chef's absence, though we cannot speak for other days. Additionally, there was confusion in delivering orders to the correct tables, causing delays for guests awaiting their food.
As for the beverages, the coffee fell short of expectations, while the tea was satisfactory. Overall, while there were some shortcomings in terms of service and ambiance, the restaurant may still be worth a try for its Tamil-speaking staff and familiar...
