Read more4 of us went on the Bosphorus cruise which consisted of dinner and entertainment/ Turkish night. It was a horrible experience. We contacted the main number online and got someone name Sardar on the phone. We communicated in English. We wanted a non alcoholic table for £33 per person. We were picked up from our hotel which made several other stops to pick up others as well. We got to the cruise ship, it was thorn down and run down. The supposed appetizers were that had been sitting on the table who knows for how long were old and sticking to the plates. Needless to say that we didn’t touch them. The main course were 3 options, Salmon, chicken or pasta. We asked for 3 chicken and one pasta all of which was old and microwaved food. None were edible!! We also got one piece of watermelon and a piece of melon and they sold us a freezer burned dessert for £10. We asked if we could go upstairs on the deck and take pictures. We were told absolutely yes we went up two flights of stairs when we got upstairs all of the wood planks of the deck or lifting, it was dark my shoe caught on one of the lifted planks I tripped and fell on my knees, and somehow by the grace of God that I didn’t break my knee. That deck is a huge safety hazard and should never be walked on. Anyhow, sardar tried to make things right by offering us 4 glasses of juice lol. A very disappointing experience, we would never recommend this...
