We visited Lale Sultan Restaurant for breakfast today. The place had a charming and pleasant ambience, making it a comfortable spot to start the day. The staff stood out with their friendliness, humility, and polite service, which we really appreciated.

The eggs we ordered were quite good – cooked well and flavorful. However, there were a couple of letdowns that dampened the experience. The bread served was clearly from the night before – not fresh, and that was a disappointment for a breakfast setting. Even more concerning was the milk in the coffee, which had gone bad. Serving spoiled milk is not only unprofessional but also raises concerns about quality control.

This place is amazing with a Superb atmosphere and excellent customer service, you will be greeted from the time you approach the restaurant by their friendly and professional staff or perhaps even Mehmet the Owner!

The location is not in the main touristic area but is closed enough to get there either walking or a quick ride on Uber from wherever you are staying. We came back to this restaurant a few times while visiting Istambul!

Anything you order will taste great, we had Eggplant, roasted peppers, lamb, fish, Shrimp casserole, Shrimp with butter, mushroom sauce steak but they have so many options, don’t forget to try Rakim (Turkish alcoholic beverage) and of course the Turkish coffee.

We definitely recommend this place you will have a great time and love their food.

Excellent service, the staff were very attentive to when we needed each item we ordered, everything was brought out at the perfect time. The location is very good, and the outside seating is excellent, and the ambience of the restaurant is very pleasing as well. Different members of the staff seem to have conversational proficiencies in several languages, as we witnessed one of the waiters speak very easily with a Russian couple. The only reason I am dropping 1 star is because the food could use a little bit of work. My main course was brought out sizzling on a hot iron plate, and ended up getting slowly overcooked, dry, and some parts burned, so I would recommend they work on the timing of some dishes.
