We went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch with friends. My husband ordered the ribeye and made it very clear that he is celiac and gluten contamination must be avoided. When the plate arrived, it came with frozen french fries. We asked if they fry them in an oil free of gluten and the answer was no. Unbelievable how not careful they were – if we didn’t ask, they would have poisoned my husband and he could end in the hospital.
We requested to replace the fries for steamed vegetables, which are in their menu and safe option, but the answer was no. They said they can only give lettuce leaves because vegetables are “more expensive”. Even the manager came and repeated that they were not going to replace the side dish for one that my husband can actually eat.
Not only they didn’t apologize for almost poisoning him, but also they showed zero understanding or willingness to accommodate a basic allergy request. He paid for a side that he did not receive, and instead they offered something ridiculous.
Definitely we will not come back, and I would not recommend to any of my friends or colleagues from ADGM to eat here, specially if they...
Read moreLocated on the ground floor of the Galleria mall next to Bentley cafe. This restaurant was recommended by a Greek friend of ours, as being a truly authentic Greek experience , and he was not wrong. The restaurant has indoor seating as well as a covered outdoor area, which is the place to be during the mild months ... We bumped into chef Theodoros Rouvas as we were browsing the menu at the door. His enthusiasm led us to sit down, and he took it upon himself to assist us with our food selection, and go out of his way to reassure us about an ingredient allergy of one of diners. The special of the day - grilled seabass- was cooked to perfection and was as recommended by our waitress - worth ordering... The mixed grill presented on hanging skewers, was cooked just right, and a good size portion. The Moussaka was so generous we had to take the uneaten portion home. Perhaps we over-ordered, but the aroma was so pleasant that it was an easy mistake to make. The kitchen is shared with Bentley cafe, and is open plan . The food , the ambiance, the service were great. If you're looking for a good Greek meal, then look no further than Eat...

Abu Dhabi has many interesting restaurants, but two that really stood out to me were Bentley and Eat Greek. Both of these restaurants share the same kitchen, and the food quality is simply outstanding. The kitchen staff are the unsung heroes, delivering consistently high-quality meals with impressive efficiency.
During our lunch at Bentley on September 26th, our host (whose name I wish I could remember) was professional, courteous, and friendly. Later that evening, we dined at Eat Greek, where we were served by Takunda from Zimbabwe. He made the experience even more enjoyable with his fun personality and lively sense of humor, reminding me of Eddie Murphy or Chris Rock!
Both restaurants provided an unforgettable dining experience, and I highly recommend them for their food and...
