🌟 5/5 — Absolute Heaven in a Box 🍔🍟🍗

I never felt such a huge urge to leave a food review, but this one deserved it. I ordered the Burger Munchie Box, and oh my god... it was divine 😩🔥

📦 Presentation & Value: The box came packed to the brim and beautifully laid out. Everything looked delicious — no skimping here. It honestly felt like opening a gift from the food gods.

🍔 The Burgers: Two massive sesame-topped burgers loaded with sauce, lettuce, cheese, and tomato. Juicy, satisfying, and so worth it. Only minor critique: the veg could be more evenly cut and fresh pickles would’ve been chef’s kiss instead of cucumber. But that’s nitpicking.

🍟 The Fries: A glorious fat stack of golden fries absolutely smothered in sauce, cheese, and herbs. They soaked up all that goodness and stayed deliciously messy — the way loaded fries should be.

🍗 The Wings: THICC, saucy, sticky sesame chicken wings that hit every craving. Coated generously in that rich, tangy sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs. Sweet, spicy, and finger-licking.

Final Verdict: This was a feast. The box is a 10/10 combo of indulgence, portion size, and flavour. Perfect for sharing (or hoarding 😈). Just tweak the burger toppings and this would be perfection incarnate.

We ordered Jay's for the first time during our weekend get away, we were staying at Cala Gran so we rang first to ensure that they would deliver to the caravan park (we have never had issues anywhere else). The owner asked how many of us there were and how big our order would be - which in my opinion is cheeky, business should be business regardless. Apart from this, the staff seemed polite.

We ordered 3 kids meals, 1 cheesy chips, 3 donner kebabs, 3 burgers, 2 garlic breads (not realizing you get a free garlic bread on orders over £35, they do not tell you this over the phone, if they did I would not of ordered 2 garlic breads) and the portion sizes were really generous, none of us could actually finish the food we were given because of how big the portion sizes were. All our food was tasty, not one single complaint from any of us, however seasoning on the chips would have made the meals a little bit better, the cheese on the chips was a good generous portion too.

The only thing that made it confusing, was when we ordered the price of the food was completely different as to when you are ordering online, I know it cannot be helped, but it made our order more expensive ordering over the phone, which is also quite cheeky.

We recently visited Blackpool from Reading with a group of around 18 of us — 12 adults and 6 children — and decided to order from Jay’s Pizza and Kebab after trying a few other places on the same street.

Safe to say, nothing else came close.

We ordered two large Munchboxes, pizzas, and a whole range of other items — and everything was absolutely outstanding. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The portion sizes were generous, and the value for money was second to none.

But what really made the experience stand out was the customer service. The boss went out of his way to look after us, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Friendly, professional and welcoming from start to finish.
