Poor customer service. Few weeks ago I left my broken ring for exchange. I left ring in white gift box. Today I came to collect it. When I asked about my box, One of the staff, Bea, told me “they are not giving boxes for free”. That was so embarrassing! In front of the other customers! They look at me like I am trying to get free box. I would never ever visit this store...

Brought a ring from there on Saturday. A very excellent shopping experience. The service from Lungowe and Hannah was outstanding. They were both professional and extremely friendly and helpful . Will definitely go back to buy when a need another item...
