Isle of Flowers - Victoria Station — Local services in London

Isle of Flowers always have such a beautiful collection of flowers (I have bought some before at Kings Cross), so I was very happy to find one was located here too. This flower store is located within a mall, there are plenty of options to choose from and you can make your own bouquet.

I came there on a Saturday evening around 17-18:00. It wasn’t very busy so I had time to look around. Eventually, I had picked out the pink and red bouquet as birthday flowers gift for my friend.

My friend absolutely loved the bouquet, she loved how it looked and how it smelled.

The staff that was there that day was not very personable, but perhaps it was an off day for her? As someone earlier was grabbing flowers from the selection section and seemed to have ruined some stems of other flowers, which was unfortunate. I went in to get a thank you bouquet for a colleague. I liked parts of the bouquets in display but none was quite right. It was then that Ineta, one of the staff offered to make a bouquet that was to my taste. I told her my budget and said I wanted something summery. I pointed out the flowers that I liked, she suggested some for their scent. She made a really beautiful bouquet. She asked me to choose the base colour for the wrapping and had it all beautifully wrapped in no time. My colleague loved the flowers. Making our way back to Victoria Bus station following a wedding in Edinburgh. My bouquet was looking a little sick and was wilting having endured a flight without any water! I asked the lovely lady running this stall if she could spare some water and wow, what service I got!! And all free of charge too!! She took my bouquet, trimmed the stems and rewrapped it all. She then filled the vase she had made with water and then replaced it securely in the transportation box we already had! The customer service that I received was second to none and I wasn't even a paying customer! Highly reccomend this stall as the lady obviously has a real love for flowers...
