Please avoid living here. There's an uncomfortable noise that never escapes if it's even a tiny bit windy. The staff is unprofessional and changes too often, I don't know what the building managers were thinking. They give out master keys to so many people, would you feel safe?
The views are stunning but not exactly exclusive. There is no compelling factor to buy here when the asking price is often over 1.5 million British pounds.
There is interconnection between the Chinese residents who bond upon meeting eachother, but other residents don't have that - there's hardly a community unless you know people from beforehand.
The exclusive spots being the dining rooms, golf rooms and movie rooms - but 3 amenities of which are offered amply elsewhere - can be replicated, require hassle (dining room experience almost always requires private chef - at an additional cost for you to source yourself)
There are countless buildings in London offering cinema rooms and golf rooms. These exclusive amenities can be replicated. The dining rooms are unique - but are they an amenity compelling enough to splurge ÂŁ1.5 million and a yearly service charge of ÂŁ3000 on?
Other buildings in London are completely exclusive - Pinnacle Tower, Damac Tower, Hampton Tower
I would say Landmark Pinnacle, Wardian, Collective are not worth the price. I've happened to see these places on airbnb or they have hotels attached to it. You share amenities with people who only paid ÂŁ100 a night.
If you are looking to move somewhere to network, this is not the place. The lounge and social areas are not exclusive or elitist in any way. I have seen hotel guests at Landmark Pinnacle throw parties, mess up the lounge areas and upon discussion I came to realise.
The Landmark Pinnacle is beautiful, but not worth a significant investment. If I could rewind time, I would have stayed at the hotel for two weeks. Bringing my total stay to ÂŁ2,500 GBP which may be a lot. But I will experience sunrise, sunset, I will use the amenities but for living in Canary Wharf. I'd honestly have been better off seeking accommodation elsewhere. This is my personal opinion. You don't have...
Read moreThis is only my second day in the building and I am writing this as a homeowner, someone who bought a property here intending to live in this building for potentially the next 10 years. Naturally, on my second day, it is completely normal that I may not know every detail about the internal procedures or loading rules during move-in. Yet instead of understanding, guidance, or even basic courtesy, what I experienced from the security team was genuinely shocking. We were already stressed, trying to move in with a tiny trolley the only option provided which is absolutely unsuitable for moving home. We had only 20 minutes to leave the car in the loading spot, rushing with heavy luggage and boxes. Instead of support or patience, we were met with unfriendly attitudes, irritated expressions, and sharp commands. The tone was humiliating: âYou canât exit from this door.â âMove your car.â âDonât leave that there.â( luggage) All spoken harshly, with no kindness, no guidance, not even a simple âCan I assist you?â or âExcuse me, may I askâŚâ Both I and my friend felt truly unwelcome as if our presence was a burden. This is incredibly disappointing for a building where residents pay over ÂŁ600 per month in service charges and where I made a significant investment to buy my home. To be clear: This review is not aimed at every member of the reception or security team. There are many polite and respectful staff here. My experience specifically involves two particular employees whose behaviour was completely unacceptable. And let me make one thing very clear: You donât have to be a homeowner to deserve respect. No person who walks into this building resident, guest, tenant, or visitor deserves to be spoken to in that manner. After this experience, I am genuinely upset and not in a good mental place. I did not expect to feel this way in the home I dreamed of and worked so hard...
Read more5-Star Review â Landmark Pinnacle, London I've been living at Landmark Pinnacle for over a year now, and itâs been an exceptional experience. The building itself is stunningâelegant, secure, and impeccably maintained. The views are truly some of the best in London, especially from the upper floors and resident lounges.
The amenities are outstanding: a state-of-the-art gym, a sky garden, workspaces, and a private cinemaâeverything is thoughtfully designed and well-managed. The concierge and management teams are responsive, friendly, and always professional, which adds a real sense of comfort and luxury.
The location is idealâright by Canary Wharf with easy access to the Jubilee line, Elizabeth line, and DLR, making it convenient whether you're commuting into the City or heading out for leisure.
Landmark Pinnacle has felt like more than just a place to liveâitâs a place Iâm proud...
