I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of compliance with the business hours of this establishment. According to the information provided, the store should be open at the scheduled time. However, on two consecutive days, September 8 and 9, I went to the location and found it closed, even during its advertised operating hours.
This situation demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for customers, who rely on the stated opening hours to plan their visits. Not honoring the announced schedule causes inconvenience, wastes time, and damages the credibility of the business.
Furthermore, when I tried to address the issue, the employee was extremely rude, which only made the experience worse and completely unacceptable. Courtesy and professionalism are essential when dealing with customers, especially in situations where the business itself has failed to meet expectations.
Additionally, if there are any changes to the regular business hours, the establishment could at least notify customers in advance by updating online tools such as Google Maps or social media. Since most clients use these platforms to find the location and check its availability, providing accurate information there would help avoid frustration and maintain customer trust.
I kindly request that the establishment ensures consistency and adheres to the official business hours, while also using digital platforms to communicate any changes clearly and promptly, and that staff are trained to treat customers with respect...
Read moreMy friend and I were passing this Schiacciata place looking for somewhere to eat Saturday afternoon. A total stranger (which we found out later he's called Benjamin) started talking to us, telling us he eats there every day and the food is great every time. We found out from Benjamin the sandwich size perfect for us(the small one). We went in, and all seats were taken, but we settled to have our Schiacciata as take out. Vittorio took our order at the till, Divina Comedia for my friend and Inferno for me. Their sandwich bread is a traditional Florentine bread, which is quite similar to focaccia, the filling is very generous and the ingredients mixture is spot on - I can understand now why Benjamin eats there every day. Vittorio told us about the other restaurant locations in London. This place is a hidden gem, it's very pretty, trendy, nicely decorated, very clean, with great Schiacciata and great staff preparing the food. Well impressed. Didn't had the time to take photos of the sandwiches, I guess you now why (because we...
Read moreThis sandwich made me very sad. After queuing for 30 minutes I had what I can only describe to be the blandest caprese I have ever had. The tomatoes were not ripe at all and thus had a very watery flavour. The mozzarella similarly did not taste as good as I expected it to and the basil had seen better days. I have just spent a week in Campania and had several insanely delicious caprese sandwiches costing £3-5 for a huge portion with incredible sweet juicy tomatoes as well as super creamy mozzarella. I think they would benefit from better quality ingredients but also pre-slicing their tomatoes and marinating them in olive oil and salt to enhance the flavour. That’s what everyone in Campania did and the sandwiches were delicious at every shop I visited. I ate it because I was really hungry but I don’t think will go back. It’s a pity because I had to arrive to work earlier in order to take a longer lunch break to get this sandwich and I was super excited :( On a positive note, the shop is clean and the...
