When I got in touch with Rob I was looking to do something that jumpstarted my physical activity. After two pregnancies and having been to the gym on and off for the previous seven years, I wanted a personalised, challenging yet fun way to get back in shape but most of all to feel stronger.
I chose to work with Rob through his 12-week program because I loved the transparency of the information and pricing on his website. And I also liked the fact that it was thorough since it included a nutritional programme and a look at my DNA. I have been suffering from back and shoulder pain due to long hour working. Therefore, I tried to do some research online and hoping to find someone that I could have regular fitness training with. Rob is a great PT where he doesnāt focus on how I could aggressively reduce my weight but he focus on how I could lose weight by eating and living healthily.
I really enjoyed the varieties and challenges he put into the sessions. Rob is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session fun and challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and Iāve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly, he ensures that I eat healthy but not eat less. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

Training 1-2 times per week with a mixture of upper, lower and full body workouts, he makes sure to keep mixing things up regularly. What Iāve noticed most is his attention to detail around technique, having started with Rob after 7 months of enduring a knee injury from a marathon one of the biggest improvements in my knee pain was a doing combination of lower and full body workouts with him.
