Tl;dr - A triumph of tastes, smells, and textures; an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience that will make you question just how good your previously 'favourite' pizza actually is. Great atmosphere, an instant 'go-to' pizzeria with options for vegetarians and vegans. Pizza Pilgrim's Neapolitan is a perfect example of a truly phenomenal pizza. A delicious doughy and cloud-like crust, and a thin and crispy base with a perfect leopard-spotted char. All topped with a fresh, flavoursome array of complementary ingredients that transport you away through every bite. You might not be able to go to Naples on a damp Tuesday afternoon, but Pilgrim's will bring Naples to you for less than the price of your Uber home. The 'leopard-spotted' charred crust of the pizzas are rightly championed through the menu. You can taste how the flavours have developed over the proofing period, giving a dramatic rise and a wonderfully light and stretchy chew to (what some might call) 'the best part' of the pizza. The crust dips are incredible. The White Truffle edged with garlic and seasoned perfectly, and the creamily basil pesto dip is almost a definition of 'fresh'. Your favourite dough balls have got nothing on the perfectly baked crust of your Pilgrim's pizza of choice, combined with these dips. Stretching the limits of what a reasonable 'meal for one' could consist of on a £25 budget, I went for: • The 8 cheese pizza • Pesto crust dip • White Truffle crust dip • Mini Ice cream sandwich • Espresso If you like cheese, you won't be disappointed by the 8-cheeses on offer. They blend well together without losing their individuality, bolstered by the sweet edge of the chili jam that acts as a wonderful catalyst for the creamy and rich toppings. I don't want to overcomplicate this, it's bl***y good. It's cheesy, it's comforting and, thanks to the lightness of the crust and thin (but not soggy) base, surprisingly guilt-free. What about the Ice cream sandwich? About the size of a decent scone, but a great value finisher that's slightly let down by strawberry ice cream that (whilst tasting fresh) wasn't as creamy as I'd hoped. The chocolate biscuits though? Delicious, slightly crumbly (but not dry), a Naples bourbon biscuit far better than what the UK could ever hope to call their own. Overall, a great experience. The staff are friendly but not effervescent, there is a standard 12.5% tip added to the bill, but considering the very reasonable price of the excellent food, this is more than welcomed. I'm saddened by not having a reasonable excuse to come back to London any time soon, but when I do, I hope I have the excuse to visit the Naples of Canary Wharf again.

We visited this restaurant recently as we are dedicated Pizza Pilgrims customers and like to try them all. Unfortunately this was not one of the best firstly we ordered a bottle of house red wine (which we have at every Pizza Pilgrims restaurant we visit) the bottle that the restaurants for their house wine is filled by the restaurant themselves unfortunately on this occasion it was at least a glass short of the usual bottle that we received at other restaurants which is always filled up to the brim this is not good if they are doing this on every one they serve where is the other glass going ???? This needs to be checked independently by an outside measurement agency as customers are paying for a full bottle and only receiving 75% of it !! Diabolical !! We received our pizza which on one we asked for extra pepperoni, the extra pepperoni was just piled in the middle of the pizza no care or thought had gone into this at all again not good enough. The smoked mozzarella bites were the worse’s ones that we have had at a Pizza Pilgrims restaurant yet they looked like they had been cut in half and served again not the correct portion size !!! The cucumber salad is supposed to be pickled, the cucumber was definitely fresh I have to say that but it had just been cut up and splashed with vinager that is not the definition of pickled !!! Unfortunately this was up to now the worse Pizza Pilgrims restaurant that we have visited and one that we would certainly not recommend or return to !! This one needs to be monitored by senior managers and extra training put in place in various departments!!

To the amazing Pizza Masterclass team, Thank you all for a truly fantastic and memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly welcome—especially from Sara—made us feel right at home. The class was absolutely worth every penny. You’re treated to two drinks (one at the start and one at the end), and best of all, you get to make your own pizza from scratch. There’s something incredibly satisfying—and delicious—about enjoying a pizza you’ve crafted with your own hands. A special thanks to Alexandro for his expert guidance. His passion and knowledge really stood out, and he gave us the confidence to work with the dough and understand the pizza-making process in a fun and approachable way. The Nutella ring dessert served with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending—rich, indulgent, and unforgettable! On top of that, you also get to take home a branded apron and a wooden pizza slicer as goodies, which was a wonderful surprise and made the experience feel even more special. One suggestion: it would be fantastic to include a more in-depth session on dough-making in future classes—or even offer it as a separate workshop. That added insight would definitely help us feel more confident recreating everything at home. Thanks again to the entire team for such a fun, tasty, and well-organised masterclass! Warm regards, Mohan

I loved pizza pilgrims pizza, which was my only go to place for pizza in London. I literally just recommended to my colleague the same day. But I will never go back again. Awful service! I will never recommend this restaurant again, it’s not anymore child friendly.

We had our dinner there with our young kid. We were siting at the table at the beginning, no one come to serve us or introduce us with the new order system. I was ok, just ordering by scaning the QR code.

Our meal arrived, we asked for a straw for my kids juice, which never arrived until the end -after almost 2 hours when I made the complaint.

Before we finished the meal, I ask the staff to bring my kids ice cream, never arrived until I asked the third time- after 20mins, which my kid was not able to wait and went crazy.

Then we made a new order for the Nutella ring, long waiting, but it’s always like that, as they are fresh made.

When the Nutella ring came, my kids ice cream STILL DIDNT COME!!!! and no cutleries was provided for the dessert! At that point, we just gave up with the service, as we assume they don’t have enough staff, and my kid went mad due to the waiting time. So I asked my husband to get me some cutleries as the cutlery station is just next to us. We just want to finish and go, as we are already too stressed about all the waiting and not been served.

HOWEVER, when my husband went to get the cutleries, the staff went to him, and told him do not get it himself in an extremely rude way. He was looking down on my husband, which made me feel we are being judged and we have done something wrong, which the reality is we are the one not being served properly!

Overall, it’s an extremely stressful and disrespectful experience. I really didn’t want to say anything, as I was telling myself they might just short of staff, until the guy came to speak to my husband in such a disrespectful way.

We will 100% not going back to any of the...

Had an extremely poor experience here. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel unwelcome by the waitress, when we asked to sit outside and were answered with a rude “no. It is closed.” even though people were outside. We were dining as a 5, but were made to sit on a 4 and “squeeze in” even though there was many other tables available. The people next to us on our table even commented on how ridiculous it was to sit us here when there were many other tables free. Service was very, very poor. We were left on the table for 20 minutes without anyone asking us for anything until we had to flag down a waitress to take an order. When that order was taken, it was another 20 minutes to get the drinks. My partner asked to bartender as there was no one else to ask, and she said one minute, rolled her eyes and walked off.. I mean seriously? So rude! The drinks turned up eventually and my friend took one sip of the margarita and nearly choked. The spice was absolutely ridiculously hot and almost worrying. She immediately sent back this drink and we all watched the bartender roll her eyes again and swear in Portuguese about us (we understood everything you said, by the way, we speak Portuguese). They then had the cheek to add it on the bill, which took very long to get too and we had to go up to them multiple times to ask for this. Honestly disgusting customer service. I am a waitress myself and would never, ever treat people this way. I will never return and would urge others to do the same. I am extremely upset at this experience as I have many fond memories here but after trying it after 2 years their customer services values are more...
