Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Aberdeen

In September of 2016 my dryer gave out and I did not know where to start looking for a new set. My sister suggested I go to Aarons, so I decided to go look. When I went in Taylor greeted me and I told her what I was looking for and told her that we didn't have a large space where our washer and dryer go. She showed me a bunch of different sets that would fit and explained the differences between them all (I had only ever purchased a used washer and dryer, so I didn't know the differences). She answered all of my questions, and she showed me sets they had in other stores as well. I found the perfect set at the Port Angeles store. They went clear up to get it the following day (thursday) and then delivered it on Friday morning because I explained I needed them as soon as possible due to having four small children and a ton of laundry to do. They were so amazing that in December I went back to get a furniture set from them and had an equally amazing experience with Aarons staff. Taylor helped me pick out the furniture set as well. They offered us military discounts on both purchases due to my husband's service, and when I experienced pregnancy brain and missed a payment I called them and let them know that I spaced it and would be in the beginning of the next week to pay, they said it was not a problem and said they would see me next week. I absolutley loved my experiences at Aarons and would reccommend them to anyone (and have reccomended them to my own family and friends who have been looking for appliances and furniture). Can't say enough good things. Even the delivery drivers were super nice...

Without going into full detail, I want to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you and shout out to Kayla P. @ Aarons in Aberdeen. She went above and beyond for my little family this evening and with little notice. I purchased a bed thru her last summer and after such a wonderful experience then and again today, we will be back in the future. If this review makes its way to a GM or higher up, I really would like to recognize Kayla for her outstanding customer service. She made my situation quick, easy and essentially painless. It is so appreciated. If you're balling on a budget like this single mama, do yourself a solid and check this store out. Plenty of selection and price range. They do everything they can to work with your financial situation and specifications. While browsing the store tonight I noticed plenty of styles of living & and bedroom sets, different colors and sizes of love seats, couches. & sectionals. Even some chase lounges! I have always had good luck with Kayla and jenn in the 2 years I’ve been paying for my furniture. However there is one guy that works there that is always rude and not very helpful. For instance I have payed my bill every 2 weeks for a month on the couches and then the next 2 weeks I pay a month for the fridge. When I went in today to pay today, this one guy was there and did not listen to me when I explained this to him which he already knows this and refuses to help me. It’s very frustrating to deal with this when I have been a customer for 2 years. No one else has this...
