11:30 pm and I can’t help but post a review so I can sleep peacefully. Now, I don’t like posting reviews but i’m quite dissatisfied with my experience and result that I need to share it. The front team was fantastic like all the reviews stated. The lady(I forgot her name) that helped me with my laser removal was nice. BUT I paid for a full face laser removal. In the beginning the lady shaved the bottom half of my face before she laser it.(which was new to me but I went with it since she sounded like she knows what she was doing) I felt the laser go through a little bit on my face, but not every where. And I thought that I wouldn’t feel the laser as much since she shaved my face. Long and behold when I left and looked in the mirror she missed a good chunk of hair on the bottom and around my chin, she didn't laser my cheeks area and my side burns which I asked her to(she did a little bit). She basically laser a little part of my chin area, the side of my face, and charged me for a full face. I’m at the end of my second day after my appointment and i’ve already seeing so much of my hair growing again. This is my 3rd time that I’ve done a laser hair removal on my face and I’ve never had hair grow back this fast.(hence I don’t think she really laser my face) I chose this place because I saw how great the reviews were and I needed a new laser place since I moved to Alaska but I’m very dissatisfied and quite irritated that I wasted my time and money on this place. If you read this, I want a refund and yall to stop being cheap...

As an established and awarded stylist of Alaska, I HIGHLY recommend Aspire Med Spa, not only to my clients but friends and family as well. I have been in the beauty industry for over 30 years and have never been to a such a knowledgeable and professional establishment as ASPIRE!! Marisa, the owner, mapped out my face and knew exactly what I needed after a botch service from another establishment that had my face sunken in and shallow. I had a huge wedding and vacation to attend in Miami and was very self conscious about what had happened to my face. Without hesitation, Marisa knew exactly what I needed. She filled my cheeks and gave me the structure in my cheekbones back. Along with other fillers and neurotoxins, I looked immediately 15 years younger when she was done. She took her time and took a very artistic approach with her services. It was practically painless aside from some “spicy” moments that I already anticipated for good work to be done. I truly enjoyed my visit! In these pics below you can see she just did her first injections on the left side of my face. The improvement was so evident I took a pic during her process. (She wasn’t even done) I was amazed and ever so grateful. As a man I wanted to look natural yet youthful and Marisa of Aspire went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I went together for a spa day today and had the best experience! I had micro needling with radio frequency on my face, neck, chest, tummy tuck scar and an extensive scar on my shoulder as well as my stretch marks. Marisa, who did my procedure, was great! She throughly explained it before but continued to educate me about the process as she did it and what to expect post treatment. She also checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and made adjustments as needed. Besides being a great communicator, she is also well-educated and made the experience fun too! I can’t wait to see the results!

I also saw Catherine for some work on other body parts using radio frequency. She was very professional and also educated me thoroughly and had a very engaging conversation with me based on questions I was asking. I’m very excited to see the results of this as well!
