Cinco De Mayo Restaurant — Restaurant in Alaska

Usually good service, but today is way off. The orders where not right, we asked for no onion, we got onion. 2 of the soups we ordered were cold, we brought them back, took a while to reheat them. Missing one order, ordered it again and the cashier almost charged me 2. Order was ready and it’s sat there, finally my friend got up to asked for it, and your cook took it from his counter and threw it on the front counter, sat there for a while until my friend again got up and finally decided to bring the plate herself to our table. This service is horrible, usually friendly, usually good, but not today. These people I took were from out of town, thank you...

The delivery driver rudely cut us off on the way there...THEN does a U-turn and gives us a nasty look as he went inside. Second, the drive-thru attendant kept rushing us over the com. Repeatedly. Third. They forgot my husband's peach nectar. Third, the first bite I took of my chicken burrito, had a 1" piece of bone in it, plus a 1/8" chunk. Fourth, tried my husband's burrito....the first bite on the opposite side that he took first of...my luck...a glob of fat. Side notes, the salsa was tasteless and the rice had more flavor than the salsa....if THAT makes ANY sense. NEVER AGAIN! AND THIS was our first...

Went thru the drive through and was surprised to be presented with a bill that asked for a tip. Who tips at a drive through? Have I missed some new trend? If so, I’m gonna keep missing it because I am not paying another 20% for the guy at the window to take my parcel from the cook, walk 2 feet and hand it to me out a window. Especially since he seemed not very excited about taking my order while I was out sitting at the speaker.

That said, the food was pretty good. I guess I’d go back, but the guy at the window was pretty uninspired by his career path. So hopefully he will be...
