Reindeer sausage (hot) deserves 5/5 just enough heat but not overpowering with spice hint of reindeer gameness coming through caramelized onions were soft with texture and good amount of sweetness to balance out the heat was recommended to add the spicy mayo which worked well!

Alaska Gyro with caribou and elk 5/5 Gyro big slice, well cooked throughout the piece of protein Pita was nice and soft, kept its texture and paired as a great sauce holder meat not gamey at all!.

Honestly a great way to try out the alkaskan meats particularly if you can't take on the gamey protein tastes. Super yummm foot overall.

This is a hotdog and more cart in Anchorage Alaska. It was on w 4th Street when we visited it. I am assuming that is the usually spot for the cart. The food was fresh and hot off the grill.
