I took my husband by the Men’s Warehouse in Albany, Ga. I was immediately given a warm welcome by Jayna. She took my husband’s measurements and answered all of our questions regarding his tailoring needs. She reminded me of all that’s missing in today’s customer service as she provided excellent customer service. Men’s Warehouse is extremely blessed and beyond lucky to have this young lady on board! If i could give less than 1 star i would! This store has the absolute worst customer service i have ever encountered! The manager at this store called the store in kansas where our groomsman were getting their suits and told those managers not to let them create a group or the store in albany would lose money! This is because they never told us we needed to create a group, and as a result the groomsman cant use the coupons we got! It is the store in Albany's fault! The suits in store were of good quality. However, the service at this location is horrible and definitely not gender inclusive. The salesman demeanor completely changed once he realized he would be assisting a female. I had to chase the salesman around for assistance on several occasions. He finally assisted my niece with her sizing. He then abandoned us, and begin to assist every other customer. I finally just left as I refuse to patronize a store that is blatantly refusing my money.
