Fanzz Sports Apparel - Coronado 2 — Local services in Albuquerque

I have received by far the worst service from this store. From Bryant specifically. I have been an active Fanzz/Lids member for over 14 years. I love the company and the brand but this horrible and lazy (who never has his mask fully on putting more of us at risk) always looking like he hates his job. He gave me a hard to to do a return because it "smelled like fragrance" yeah cause you're not in a mall that's surrounded by fragrances right?! Not worn, tags still attached and nothing else but he wouldn't take it back. I hate the fact that that is the only store that has enough of my team's merchandise because I despise the fact of having to hand money over to that man. This is not the only incident that I have had with him either. I came to the store a couple months back when the stores had reopened, I was right there in front of thr door waiting for him to open it. I saw him and he saw me and decided to turn back around and go around the mall instead, WHEN IT WAS TIME TO OPEN!! Because of him I would never recommend this store and as a member and vice president of a football team here I would rather direct my league members elsewhere ONLY because of that tiny, little, miserable excuse for a human being and if I could I would rate this...

I went to this store today and I had a terrible experience with a cashier by the name BRYANT. This guy is rude and very unhelpful. Went in there to exchange item and kept saying it smelled like cologne. He made everyone in the store and their mother smell the item and no one could smell anything until one of the other workers finally said he did smell it (maybe so he would finally stop asking) and decided not to exchange. They have lost my business and I will also be telling my family and friends not to shop here ever again. We are huge sports fans and spend a lot of money here. I will never ever waste my money on horrible customer service. Maybe the item wouldn't smell so good if he didn't smell so bad. I would give this place a -10 if I could. My wife and I shop your store here at the mall in Albuquerque. NM, and recently made some major purchases there, on 25 Nov 2022 my Grandson asked if he could get five one dollar bills in exchande for a five dollar bill, and he was turned away...stated that they don't make change there...We will never shop this store again, we were sutting outside the store waiting for my wife who was coming from elsewhere in the mall whe she arrived we were going to buy jerseys for our grand kids and kids total of 4 of our kids and 6 of our grand kids, but after this experience we decided to...
