Extremely unprofessional customer service with an exchange for a different zia symbol sweatshirt size.
BEWARE- First they gave me a receipt without the purchase date (nor the store name)....which I didn't notice on purchase. Because of this they gave me hesitation about the exchange. They only have a 10 day return policy!
During the exchange it's a good thing I paid with a card and had my phone bank app handy because they did accept me showing them my bank charge from their store.
But while I searched for this info the woman stayed behind the counter and cleaned her nails totally uninterested in helping me with options.
Once i showed her my bank charge, she then asked me what size I needed and when I told her she then told me to go get the size myself.
They made me feel like they did not trust me and that I was not a valued customer. I don't believe I will ever shop here again.

She cashed out the customers and put their items in a bag (like she did with my items) and handed the bag to the customers while she still arguing on the phone. She did not bother to say a “thank you” when she handed the customers their bagged items. She remained on the phone throughout the cashing out process. Very poor...
