My husband loves the styles here & finally found somewhere to get dope clothes, only reason I’m here in the reviews is because their customer service is TERRIBLE and others have agreed in the reviews , I feel bad for men rarely do they get nice clothes they like but not having a dressing room, and have no option to refund nor exchange is very tough. We almost left because the attitude the cashier woman had when we asked about fitting rooms then asked about exchange policy. Very awkward tension the whole time thereafter, we were trying to figure out sizing in the pants for my tall hubby. Not a favorable experience at all! I hope they work on the customer accommodation...

I went to buy a pair of pants for my son. They were the wrong size. I was unaware they did not do exchanges. We were not even trying to get our money back. Just exchange for a different pair. On top of that, they were aggressive about it all. I have sent my son to buy many clothes from here and now never again. Just because they wouldn't exchange a pair of pants that cost $30, they will lose thousands of $$ from my accounts. I have 2 boys still in school for 4 more years. We will shop somewhere else. For so many reasons, I love this store. I can find pants that are long enough for me, my teen children find things that they love and feel good in, and the prices are all reasonable.
