Horrible customer service. Went in to rent a tux, we asked for a certain size jacket, as that’s what he measured at a different location, they suggested a larger size so we went with it, as they are the “experts”. We picked up the tux Monday, the jacket was too large, like we knew it would be. Nick, one of the mangers, said he would order a new jacket and it would be ready for pick up Wednesday. We called twice to see if the jacket was in on Wednesday, 1st call (2:53pm) I was told they were helping a customer and they would take down my number to call me back, they never called me. 2nd call back (4:00pm) I was immediately placed on hold for 16 minutes, so I hung up. We went to the store only to find out Nick never placed an order for the jacket. We needed the tux Thursday as we are leaving for the wedding Friday. They ordered a new jacket to the city we are traveling to, we didn’t want to do this in the first place as we won’t have a car. We are now having to Uber to Men’s Warehouse in the city we are visiting to pick up a jacket that was ordered in a size we suggested but was told to size up, then Nick never ordered in the right size. This has caused us extra time and expenses, not to mention our tux was not ready the day they promised. I asked if their would be any compensation due to this, I was told no.

Read moreThis would be a 5 star review but the day started out rocky. We came in for an appointment that we made online so my fiancée could get an idea of a tux for our wedding. We walked in tired on one suit jacket off the rack and were told we would have better luck looking online. We were frustrated, as we had specifically booked the appointment to look at fabric options and custom build/make him a suit. This left a bad taste in our mouth so we looked around a little and went over to another sales rep to see if he would offer better assistance. I am so beyond glad we did, Michael was completely amazing, and helped not only save me from tears due to the possible horrible experience, but dressed my fiancée top to bottom. He did this while assisting 4 other people as the previous agent offered no assistance to anyone. I can not express enough how much I appreciate Michael assisting us getting shoes for the wedding (and maybe a second pair once everything comes in), 2 tux jackets, a vest, a tie, and tux pants. We had to order the 2 jackets as one was an online exclusive and the other we found wasn’t in my fiancées size. Michael made this process quick and painless and I can’t wait to see how amazing my husband will look on our wedding day because of his help and kindness. Read moreI'm not sure why we decided to do this because we have never had a good experience at a Men's Wearhouse, but we hoped this one would be different. Came here to get an outfit for our anniversary pictures about a week ago. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone approached us to help and the help we were given laughable. The associate was very rude constantly making derogatory comments about my husband's weight throughout the whole experience. The sizes that he picked for my husband were way off so we wound up just making a guess and trying them on at home to escape the whole awkward situation. We were told by the same associate that the return policy was 90 days. My husband tried the clothes on at home for just a few minutes. We didn't wind up using them for the pictures and tried to return them but when we got to the return, we were only then told that the return is "up to management" and the "tags being removed was unacceptable." The tags are not mentioned in the store return policy. I have attached a picture of their return policy below. It does state that it cannot show signs of wear but nothing about tags. To be clear the clothing does not have signs of wear beyond some wrinkling on the shirt. The shirt was already wrinkled when we bought it from someone else...
