I walked into this pandora at Downtown Disney because Iâve been dying to buy a ring I saw in store. When I walked in I was greeted by two women who were at the computer by some jewelry and then proceeded to look around the store for the ring I had seen. When I found it I was confused as to if I had to approach anyone to help me or not since the ladies acknowledged me but did not offer to help me. I walked up to the jewelry counter after maybe 15 minutes to where there was more people so I could catch one of the employees attention. I said excuse me to one lady who proceeded to ignore me and walk over to the lady at the computer. I decided to also walk over to the woman with the laptop and ask if I just had to keep waiting by the counter until someone became available. She very rudely looked me up and down and said she had been keeping count of the people coming in and apparently I wasnât on her list. I know for a fact she knew I had been in there for a long time because there wasnât many people in the store at all at that time. I was just being ignored for 20 minutes. She said she would âaddâ me to the list which didnât make sense because the people she described on the list ahead of me had JUST walked in. I walked in front of her many times since she was next to the jewelry I was planning to purchase, so I know she had seen me multiple times. It felt like she just wanted to pretend I was invisible. I had a bad customer experience and after she told me that I just decided to leave the store and just purchase my jewelry at another pandora. I was made to feel like they were ignoring me because my purchase didnât matter to them or like they thought I wasnât intending to purchase anything. Overall,...
Read moreMy husband bought the pooh collection bracelet at the Costa Mesa store, we were at the downtown Disney store for an exchange and we asked the attendant if we could change the model of the bracelet which was free, because my husband got both bracelets in the same model, the attendant said she wasn't sure, she thought she couldn't do that, that it would only be possible if I made a new purchase, which doesn't make any sense, because the part wasn't used. So we asked the store manager and he said that once the bracelet is placed on the arm they are not allowed to exchange it, but I didn't use the item, it was in the box. And he insisted saying that if the product had contact with my skin he could not exchange it, and then I asked him if the bracelet was the wrong size if he could not exchange it either since I would have tried it on and the bracelet would have been in contact with my skin in the same way. And he said that there is a rule imposed by Disney that does not allow him to make this exchange that I should try at another store with other rules. This was totally absurd, how can the store not exchange the gift of a gift simply because it had contact with the skin when it was tried on for 30 seconds? I've never had this problem in other Pandora stores, but I'm disappointed with the calls I...
Read moreUnfortunately my experience with Pandora has not been positive. This store is usually very busy so the employees have this strange way of making you feel lucky just to be admitted inside and to be added to their âlistâ so you can spend your money there. Meanwhile there are available employees just meandering around the store. I took a break from buying anything Pandora because a $90.00 charm I bought lost a stone after a year and their limited warranty expired. I decided to invest in a couple of charms and give Pandora another chance. Unfortunately the person who helped me, and ultimately cleaned my bracelet, either misplaced or didnât properly tighten one of my charm spacers and I didnât notice until I got home that it was missing and all of my charms fell off my bracelet. So, once again, I lost money in my Pandora experience. I called the store and was told they would review camera footage but I donât hold out much hope for recovering my spacer. The person on the phone told me that they couldnât be responsible once I left the store so I assume itâs a lost cause. This is probably the last purchase Iâll make with Pandora aside from repurchasing my lost spacer charm to fix what was lost due to their complimentary cleaning. I wish I would have just kept walking past this...
