Went with family for my daughterās 2nd birthday. After a wonderful stay at the hotel and a great day starting off at Goofyās kitchen and ending with Dinner at Naples; we went for our typical last stop around 10pm. The staff is unfortunately completely untrained in basic customer service from the servers, to the cashier to the managers⦠I asked the most basic question āWhat kind of Apples š š are used to make the taffy Apples? The girl behind the counter seemed confused by the question before finally directing me the person next to her who immediately told us, Green Apples! The original server was so triggered by my attempt to educate her as I tried to convey this information to her that she turned her back on me and then came back 3 minutes later to interrupt my order to make sure my number had actually been called which was immediately confirmed by the other girl taking the order. When my wife commented on her attitude and how poor her customer service was, we were threatened with being removed from the store for abusing the staff. Seriously???!!! When my wife then asked for the girls name, the cashier refused to tell her. I then asked to speak to a manager, who came out along with multiple security staff!!! She listened to the story in horror before telling security all was ok and they could leave. Instead of making any attempt at a gesture to appropriately remedy this horrendous customer service experience, all we got was an apology and a āhope you will continue to visit our storeā. So disappointing on so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere were so many sweets, such as, chocolates, English Toffee, Chocolate Dipped Pretzel, Mickey Chocolate Truffle, colorful Jelly Beans, Popcorn, Cookies, Cake Pops, fudge, and Chocolate Covered Strawberries, etc. They also make creative candy apples and some look like Disney characters. I bought the Chocolate Caramel Popcorn , Cake Pop , three Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and one Candy Apple Peanut Caramel
Sweets Another favorite dessert that I love are the Chocolate Covered Strawberries. I bought three, milk chocolate with dark chocolate swirls, white chocolate with milk chocolate swirls, and milk chocolate sprinkled with dark chocolate chips. Even if the strawberries were a little tart, the chocolate was rich and smooth; it was delicious. The Candy Apple Peanut Caramel was perfectly coated with gooey caramel, crunchy peanuts and the apple was crisp. Next is the Chocolate Carmel Popcorn that tasted fresh and surprisingly not very sweet. My daughter wanted the Cake Pop, the cake was soft and the ears were made of marshmallows.
Customer Service Based on what I bought I would rate this place four stars but I lowered it to three because the friendly attitude from the staff could be better.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreGenerally when I visit the products, service, and atmosphere is good. Unfortunately it has been a while so I didnāt realize the selection of products was limited. The atmosphere was horrible because the store was closed so the store (for a lack of a better term) was a kiosk. There were several carts/cabinets to bring the candy apples and products to location. It seems tackyā¦I suppose I was expecting some originality with these carts/cabinet things with a Mickey design or something.
Service was not up to par, since the cast member didnāt really know about the product. Add a super annoying thing is that the candy apple is super heavy and it was placed into a plastic container. I suppose it was meant to look nice but I was pissed off that the top and bottom of the plastic container was not taped down. Trying to lift this candy apply was a menace to my health as I definitely nearly dropped it several times because the bottom of the container was flimsy attached together and would not hold together. If there was a piece of tape made things would have been better. Donāt get me started about the folded flap keep lifting up and now I am waiting for a fly to enter the box.
For a $13 candy apple from a Disney owned shop, I expected way more than...
