why you are so concern that who give you a good review or not if you are confident in your customer service ? You call your customer lier!!!! I’m not the only customer that you lost and you know that !!! after I stop shopping from your store when you see me on the street you scream at me and using bad language, because I post in google about your customer service and you are angry and still you are!!! I returned an item to this store a day after I purchased it, and the owner/manager of the store, Mr Virgile Verellen was verbally abusive and threatening to me, because I had changed my mind on an item purchased. He not only was threatening to me, even though i was extremely polite and calm, he then threatened my husband and verbally abused him too.
