I know this is a family owned business and so I hope someone reads this and makes it right with me. My family likes to support your family’s jewelry stores and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at your stores over the years. I went today to look at trading a necklace I bought from you all. I was told that they couldn’t give me more than I paid for it even though the price of gold has doubled since the purchase, they said they couldn’t even give me half of what I paid for it even though the price of gold has doubled. They convinced me to just cut the necklace and told me they would buy 10g of the gold back from me that they cut off. We came to an agreement of $350 for the piece that was cut. When I came back they said that they sold it to a buyer for $250 and that they forgot to tell me that $65 would be taken out of that money to do the cutting. So what started as a bad deal for me anyways because I paid much more per gram at your store when gold was half the price and somehow the lady at the store string armed me to only collecting $185 for 9 grams of gold. They lied to me about the price and then there was nothing I could do cause they sold it before even checking with me about taking less for my gold. This was scammy and I will not shop with your stores anymore is this is not addressed.
