It was a cool vibe for a Thursday night out, but it wasn't that busy and took just over 45min to get a hookah. Drinks are over priced $15 for a shot of Jameson. The bathrooms were messy with floors and counters COVERED in water. Again, wasn't busy... only one side had ppl so no excuse to not have a clean facility. Bartender seemed overwhelmed and didn't know how to work the bar. She just took orders from guest coming to one spot never looking up and down to serve all guest at the bar. Keep your head on a swivel is bartending 101. There was eventually more bartenders there to help here so this was just a temporary situation and not really to her fault as everyone shifted from one room to the next so it seemed like an unexpected shift in ppl going from one to the next. Staff was very friendly, valet was friendly, and music was on point. The set up is cool with adequate seating available. OH I almost forgot it was SO hot in there. The bar staff needs training. I ordered a regular Jameson and Ginger ale and the bartender charged me $12 for the drink and then added an additional $2.50 for a splash of ginger ale...when I asked her why she did that she said “I don’t know why we do that but we do...” So me being the investigator that I am, I asked the manager and she said that was incorrect. Which I already knew... They were breaking the glass behind the bar like they were nervous. To add more fuel to the confusion, the same bartender who overcharged me spilled a whole beer on my friend and still handed her the ticket with a smile. Lmao. I don’t know what’s going on here but the staff is not up to par to the prices. This venue is too nice for the staff to come from the hookah hideaway. They clearly lied on their resume for the job. Oh wait... my friend just ordered a Ciroc and they charged $15... $15 for ciroc?!! Baby. Naw. Now she’a saying they’re not serving anymore hookah and the girl charged me for one! What is going on?!!

One star because the DJ was good. Walked in to badddd customer service. No one I mean no one came to us for service. They literally just kept walking past. The bar tender behind the bar had tunnel vision too. I had to physically stop the guy for service (bout 20 minutes in) he shows me the website and then again no one came to serve us. Finally I got the hookah girl she was good. They had opened the other side so we went and sat at the.other bar. Again no one behind the bar for like 15 minutes. It’s Friday of AllStar Weekend like really smh. It wasn’t packed at all. Okay we finally get a bar tender and guess what NO HENNY!!! I was ready to go but my family was visiting and we paid to valet and get in. (Paid for bad service) Then I went to order food🤦🏽‍♀️ Nothing but wings and fries and no flavors.
