DO. NOT. GO. HERE -ALLERGEN HAZARD. Long post ahead: If I could this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My review is solely based on the management of this restaurant. My significant other is deathly allergic to peanuts. We were told when seated we order thru an app. As someone who is very cautious about my significant others allergy and understands new “trends” such as ordering thru an app with zero social contact make conveying the importance of an allergy even harder - I flagged down a server. I told the server the importance and severity of his allergy. He informed us this would not be a problem and he would tell the kitchen. We ordered two apps for the table and 4 bowls of pho. The first app (egg roles) comes out and looks fine. The second app (another order of egg roles) comes out and in the fish sauce there are WHOLE PEANUTS. this means someone in the kitchen deliberately did not understand our warning on the comments section of the app and our server did not convey our message to the kitchen. After seeing this and flagging down our “server” (the quotes are because these servers are more food runners, since they don’t communicate with the tables unless waved down), he said “did they put nuts in that?” And grabbed the dish off the table immediately. He brought a new one but I asked to see the manager. The “manager” came over and said “i heard there was a peanut allergy issue” while still continuing his conversation with the table next to us, barely giving us his full attention. I waited until he was ready to give us his full attention and explained the situation - he looked like a deer in the headlights, offering no solution or apologies. We told him we would not be eating the rest of the food we ordered as the kitchen did not understand the severity of the allergies and did not trust them. We had to tell him we demanded a refund. Since you pay ahead when you order on the app (an issue in itself..) this will take two business days. The “manager” could not have possibly been a manager for the way he handled this very serious ordeal. To top off all of this, we got to watch the servers vaping at the hostess stand while we waited for our refund. This behavior is unacceptable...
Read moreI placed an order at 5:18 PM and arrived to pick it up shortly after, but I didn’t receive my food until 6:05 PM. The restaurant was extremely busy, likely due to an event at Atlantic Station, and it looked like mostly one person was handling everything, with occasional help from a second person. I understand that they were short-staffed and overwhelmed, but no one acknowledged me or updated me on my order the entire time I was waiting, which made the experience frustrating.
While waiting, I saw multiple other customers dealing with the same issue. One person had been waiting at least 35 minutes just to order a drink, but since no one ever came to take her order, she eventually just gave up and left. Another person came in for a mobile order and waited about 10 minutes before giving up and going across the street to get food instead. A couple also came in, waited a long time without being acknowledged, and eventually left before anyone even talked to them.
When it was finally my turn to be served, the worker started seating customers who had arrived after me. I had to actively grab his attention just to get my food, and by the time I finally received it, it had already cooled down quite a bit. There was no estimated pickup time given, so I don’t even know how long it had been sitting there.
I get that they were busy, but some basic communication with customers would have made a huge difference. Seeing multiple people walk out due to lack of service makes it clear that this isn't just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on...

However today I was the final straw for me...let me start at the beginning: First time I went with a co-worker just a few days after they opened. Our order was taken fairly quickly, but after that it took forever to get our drinks. We did get the food fairly quickly after that but never saw our waiter again...no refills and no bill. After waiting for 20 minutes trying to get our bill, I had to flag someone down. It took another 15 minutes to finally get the bill but nobody ever came to take the payment. I finally had enough and walked to the front to pay. The guy even gave me attitude. The second time we received service (including food and drinks) very quickly. But then again had to wait for 30 minutes to get our bill and pay (after flagging down another waiter). Today we decided to order take out to avoid the long wait time. Boy that was a BIG mistake. After waiting 25 minutes for our order I checked my order and it was totally wrong. Sent it back. 15 more minutes and received my order a second time...guess what wrong food AGAIN. By now I have been waiting for 45 minutes or so. Needless to mention several other people waiting along with me for their take out order as well. After another 15 minutes I received my order the third time and initial inspection showed the right food.
