This written review is a follow up from my initial rating. After more than 50 visits, I can say that Perspire is welcome and necessary part of my detox and de-stress ritual. The location is walking distance from my home and I love the convenience. When I check in to my suite, I immediately begin to breathe slower and more deeply. Whether I am winding down from my day or preparing to start it, the heat and light therapy are grounding. Access to the cold shower in the suite, completes the experience. I definitely prefer shower to the cold plunge. The entire staff is kind and professional. Special shout out to Mo! She is amazing! She has been the person working most when I have had appointments over the last couple of months. I am a very particular client when it comes to my suite preferences and her attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and consistency of acknowledging my requests is refreshing and appreciated. I recently visited Perspire Sauna Studio in Midtown Atlanta and had an outstanding experience.

The location is effortlessly convenient—tucked right into Midtown, it’s easy to reach whether you're walking, driving, or riding MARTA. The private infrared sauna suites are serene and well-appointed, equipped with amenities like red-light therapy, chromotherapy (color mood lighting), entertainment options, and even a refreshing SnØ cold-therapy shower in select rooms.

I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated after my session—with improved mood, detox benefits, and noticeably better sleep afterward. The studio stood out for its spotlessly clean and bright setup and the attentive, friendly staff who made the visit truly smooth and welcoming.

Friendly receptionist, the studio looks clean and neat, i love the smell the moment I get in to the studio. I usually goes to Sweathouz (about 4 blocks away from here) but I wanted to try this studio since It has a lot of branches. I did the intro session $20, you get to enjoy the sauna however THAT IS IT. No shower available. For me, being a person who loves going to Sauna, that part was really disappointing. You will sweat A LOOOOT, and having no shower available after, would be really feel nasty if you put your clothes back on. You need to be a member in order to access on their shower which is other studios do have a shower itself even you’re not a member. So if you’re the type of person that wants to do per session and doesn’t want to commit on memberships, I would say there’s other studios...
