I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bruce at Supercuts on Spring Street, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was extremely welcoming.

Bruce greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered some professional suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process.

The haircut itself was phenomenal. Bruce demonstrated impressive skill and precision, carefully crafting the haircut with expertise. I could tell he was passionate about his craft, and it truly showed in the final result. The lines were sharp, and the overall style was exactly what I had envisioned, if not better.

What stood out the most was the personalized experience. Bruce ensured that I was comfortable and satisfied at every step. He also provided some valuable tips on how to maintain my haircut, which was a nice touch.

If I could’ve gave negative stars I would! Something really needs to be done about the manger at this establishment (James) .. so my boyfriend purchased a 4 for $40 card.. at the time he thought that was a good idea after realizing we was not going to use the card he tried to return the card for a refund which is something common at least we thought.. unfortunately my boyfriend was rudely asked “ are you pressed for money or something?” Which no we are not but however that was very unprofessional and just RUDE!!!!! Especially coming from someone that’s called a “manger “ my boyfriend was offended and bullied into keeping the card which is totally wrong. Which that’s fine if we have to keep the card no worries on that but the issue is the rude and unprofessional response! I had to wait a little bit since I was a walk-in, but not too long. The barber was extremely polite and courteous. I warned him that I have a previous spinal neck injury, and that it was going to make me flinch and shake when he was cutting my hair in the back, he said thats fine, and when it did happen he acted like it wasnt an issue at all and got the job done. In my 20 years since the injury no barber has ever been as relaxed and ok with it as he was. I will 100% be going back there.

Only downside was there was only 1 barber there and it was quite busy after I showed up. Thankfully I got there early so only had to wait after one person, but there was like 5 or 6 people there once I was leaving so some of them most likely had to wait up to an hour. But with the service I got, I'd gladly wait that long. I've been getting non-stop compliments all day about my cut, and it was only $20!!! ...
