Outdated: This company uses off duty police officers to block the street so they can exit their parking garage quickly and efficiently. One word: selfish. I’ve literally watched their officers block traffic when they could have waited for a red light or a break in traffic. I place the blame squarely at this company to solve the problems with their own building. I hope I am contacted one day when someone has an accident. Aisha so rudely couldn't let me use the restroom, at 11pm at night... It's an open lobby and I'm a single female who parked in the deck below. There are no "public restrooms is what I was told" what or who could I have hurt by urinating really quickly before driving 2 hrs? I had a hard time trying to communicate with the REP, due to his strong foreign accent. The whole entire time I spent asking him to repeat himself, because I couldn't understand him. It was very boring, disturbing, and my questions never got answered. He kept putting me on hold every time I asked him a question. That was really annoying! I was wondering how long it was going to take him to transfer the call so that I can speak with someone else. By the time I was transferred, they took too long to pick up, so I hung up. The interaction with the non-English speaking REP was a turn-off for me. I'll go...
