1010 Midtown — Local services in Atlanta

Its unfortunate that a 0 stars is not an option in google. This building has done everything in its power to make this location materially less desirable. The biggest knock on this buildings is the way its legal entities were structured. The building rents to trash tenants that attract a loud obnoxious crowd, and the parking is the biggest joke I have ever experienced. Resident parking is floor 2-7, so if you have to go home and change/shower/grab something you have to take an extra 5 minutes to drive up to your specific spot each way. Parking on floor 1 and 2 will yield you a $100 fine. After living here for 4 years, I am looking forward to nothing more than leaving...

Very Unprofessional. I went and signed up for a prepaid service with my own device. Ronald to be specific was the representative I was working with. He does not ask me what name do I want the service in he just takes it upon himself to put the store location name and zip code. I went back up there to fix the problem and the issue still isn’t resolved. I rarely write reviews, but when I come across an establishment or a business that I believe the public should be warned about I just feel like its my duty. 1010 Midtown Property management practices shady tactics anything to make a buck, things that I feel should be illegal they will do anything to separate you from your hard eared money.
