To say that this was a very disappointing stay is an understatement. Let’s start from day 1 of a 3 night stay for a wedding. First of all the room smelled- ok I’ll say they were cleaning. Second they decide to varnish the banisters the entire hallway smelled and when you walked into the room it smelled of varnish. I don’t think that’s healthy and I’m in the medical profession. There was no iron no blow drier and one of the outlets did not work. Also refrigerator was dirty Service was extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes to get our breakfast. I understand staffing is at a low critical but… they were in transition of changing hands so computers did not work for staff. Could not pay credit and it could not be charged to room due to computer issues. Finally, I think the walls were full of mold and someone threw up in front of my room to which it was never cleaned up. I understand issues. But I paid the requested room charge and was not given what was promise. Unless you want the same. I recommend you stay elsewhere. Top shelf rates for low rate hotel. I’m sorry to say this.

Worst experience ever. The manicure didn’t last a day and Peter at the front desk was very rude. I was staying at the hotel and called to make an appointment and he confirmed that it was ok to charge the service for my room so when I had to do the check out he didn’t want me to left the place without pay then he started being disrespectful at the point to call the security on me just because he couldn’t wait a few minutes after I told him that I was calling my boyfriend to see what was going on and also do the payment. I cannot express enough how well taken care of we felt at this spa! The customer service was beyond the best ever, Monica and Peter & Christine were beautiful and helpful

We were actually not the best customers and they still gave the best service to us!

My massage was impeccable! Jeffery was so amazing and took great care of me… he explained and listen and it was the best massage ever
