I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the service I consistently receive at the Chick-fil-A on Ponce and Boulevard absolutely deserves recognition. This location goes above and beyond in every way possible—and as someone who eats here regularly, I can confidently say this is one of the best-run Chick-fil-A restaurants I’ve ever been to.
From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you can tell things are different here. The drive-thru team is like a well-oiled machine—polite, cheerful, and incredibly fast. Even during the busy lunch rush, they manage the crowd effortlessly, taking orders outside with iPads and making you feel like a priority no matter how long the line is. And let me just say: that line moves. It doesn’t matter if it’s wrapped around the building—your food will be in your hands before you know it, hot and accurate every single time.
The staff at this location deserves a shoutout all on their own. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. The energy is positive, the service is polished, and you’re always greeted with a smile and a warm “my pleasure.” It’s not just robotic kindness either—it’s real. You can tell the team is well-trained, well-led, and proud to represent the brand.
Now let’s talk about the food: absolute perfection. Whether I’m grabbing my usual spicy chicken sandwich combo or switching it up with their fresh, crisp Cobb salad and creamy mac and cheese, the quality is always spot-on. The fries are never soggy, the chicken is always juicy, and even my sauces are packed neatly every single time (I see you, attention to detail!). And the sweet tea? Iconic. I don’t know what kind of magic they put in there, but it’s dangerously addictive.
Inside, the restaurant is always immaculate. The dining room is clean, the drink station is stocked and tidy, and I’ve never once encountered a messy table or a dirty bathroom. I appreciate that more than I can say—it shows that this team takes pride in their space and wants customers to feel comfortable and welcomed.
But what really sets this location apart is the atmosphere. Despite being right in the heart of the city, where things can get hectic fast, the Ponce & Boulevard Chick-fil-A somehow manages to create an environment that feels calm, organized, and truly inviting. It feels like the kind of place where people are taken care of—customers and employees.
I’ve had team members remember my name, smile when they see me walk in, and even ask how my day is going like they genuinely care. And they do. That’s the difference. This isn’t just fast food—it’s an experience. And every time I visit this location, I leave full, happy, and just a little more optimistic about the world.
In short: if you’re in Atlanta and looking for a Chick-fil-A that does everything right, this is the one. Great people, fast service, consistently delicious food, and an atmosphere that reminds you what good customer service really looks like. Chick-fil-A Ponce & Boulevard—y’all are absolutely crushing it. Keep up the...
Read moreI must preface this scathing review by stating that I have always held Chick-fil-A in the highest esteem, touting their exceptional customer service and delectable culinary offerings. However, my most recent visit to the establishment, specifically the location where Zach L. was on duty, left me utterly flabbergasted and disillusioned.
Upon entering the premises, I was greeted by Zach L., whose countenance was as welcoming as a thunderstorm on a sunny day. His disposition was utterly disagreeable, exuding an air of apathy and disdain. I innocently placed my order, anticipating the customary warmth and hospitality synonymous with Chick-fil-A. Alas, Zach L.'s response was a far cry from the expected standard.
With a tone as pleasant as fingernails on a chalkboard, he snidely inquired if I desired to "make it a meal." I acquiesced, whereupon he gruffly demanded my drink order. The tenor of our interaction was as cordial as a root canal sans anesthesia. I felt as though I was an inconvenience, a fly buzzing around his head, disrupting his otherwise lethargic afternoon.
As I waited for my order, I observed Zach L.'s interactions with other patrons, and it became evident that his attitude was not an isolated incident. His comportment was consistently brusque, bordering on belligerent. The ambiance of the restaurant, once warm and inviting, was now as frosty as a winter's eve.
Upon receiving my order, I was taken aback by the sheer incompetence displayed by Zach L. My drink was incorrectly prepared, and the food was handed to me with all the finesse of a sledgehammer. The coup de grâce was the realization that my order was incomplete, lacking the essential sauce that I had specifically requested.
In conclusion, my experience at Chick-fil-A, under the "care" of Zach L., was an unmitigated disaster. His attitude was as acrid as a cup of vinegar, and his service was as inept as a squirrel attempting to navigate a maze blindfolded. I implore the management to address this egregious display of incompetence and apathy, lest they risk tarnishing the once-sterling reputation of their...
Read moreI just had to come tell this story.
Visited on 6/21/25.
I live nearby and patronize this restaurant frequently — sometimes up to 4 times a week. Lately I've noticed that my brownies have been missing. When I called the restaurant about this issue, the evening manager was uninterested and disconnected. He/she (I'm not sure) spoke with some disdain towards me and effectively rushed me off the phone, which I wasn't happy with. Still, MGR offered to replace my entire order (mostly because this wasn't a one-time occurrence). CFA uses the mobile app/CFA One account to "reward" customers with individual items. Whenever this happens, the item is IMMEDIATELY available for redemption. This time, that wasn't the case. A couple of days later I called back because nothing had landed in my app, and the same MGR answered and explained that it could take up to 48 hours (LIES).
Today, 6/26, still nothing. Since my last call, I've spoken with customer service several times and all I received was being transferred and hung up on.
I figured I'd skip everyone and request a meeting with the owner/operator. When I called, I spoke with Jade...and thank goodness I did.
Not only did Jade give me the service I felt I deserved, but she also immediately resolved my issue and preserved my quickly deteriorating relationship with CFA.
Daytime Manager Jade was: enthusiastic polite professional caring/concerned interested in understanding my experience and my relationship with CFA.
She tried (and was finally successful) over the course of hours to fulfill the original promise made to me. More important than anything, her soft skills were exceptional.
It's no wonder CFA chose Jade to be their manager. She deserves it and they deserve her (maybe 😉). THANKS...
