Rainbow Shops — Local services in Atlantic City

This the 3rd time I’ve came here and they got the doors locked. First time they locked the doors at 6:30pm store says they’re suppose to close at 7:00pm on they’re web page second time they didn’t open the store at 10am came back 10:30am still closed now this time today they hung a raggedy sign up saying they will open at 12:00pm I’m standing at the door at 12:07pm watching the workers stand in a circle giving me a stank face one of them actually threw her arms up and mouthed “read the sign” and rolled her eyes then when I ignored her and proceeded to look at them they all checked the time and figured out they’re the wrong ones and that it was past 12pm then came out and changed the sign to 2:00pm. Don’t go here unless you have to the one in Pleasantville is a little smaller but always open when they say they are and a lot cleaner too and they’re customer service is a thousands...

I was looking for an outfit and a nice pair of shoes to go with it so i went to rainbow because they have some nice clothes though the fabric is HORRIBLE, but i needed something for under $35 ,so i figured i'll go there.So i went in and picked up the stuff i wanted, then went up to the cash register and find out that i lost my money and the manager attitude went from ok to hideous, she caught an immediate attitude with me and asked did i just want the shoes , so i said yes and gave her the money. Alot of people have to get on the staff because of this attitude problem! So i would recommend if you want good customer service to...

Been here on 2 occasions and was completely disregarded as I was up next to pay because an employee wanted to make a purchase ..If you don't speak Spanish be prepared to be ignored.If I didn't need the item I wouldn't have purchased it..I won't return to this location and Rainbow should teach their employees/management to treat us non Spanish speakers as...
