The staff s friendly, and knowledgeable. Yesterday,, I found myself with 5 different lines, causing my bill to increase from $92.00 a month for 2 lines, to $132.00, I was already concerned about 2 lines being $92.00, because many carriers have contracts with the additional linesl costing around $30.00 per month with the first usually around $45.00. Then, the staff, knowing full well there was a large increase in my monthly bill, were not able to help me lower my bill. A new contract can occur after a monthly bill is paid, and a new billing cycle starts. It comes with a new Android phone, and new phone number, usually. That would have allowed me to avoid the price of the old contract I was in. Getting a new contract with a new phone number, or numbers is a bit inconvenient, because you have to let your job, friends, physicians, and family know you changed your phone number. That makes you look like you're financially unstable to many. When you change numbers, most people that are financially stable, have the same phone number for years. A new number sometimes makes you look financially unstable. Like you're switching phone carriers hastily, or due to lower income. My old contract, that used to be $92.00 for 2 lines, wound up costing me the $132.00, despite me never asking for, nor receiving 3 new phones, with new phone numbers, added on to my existing monthly contract. It was still considered my existing monthly cycle, regardless of the fact that I didn't ask to receive 3 additional phone lines. I was a few days shy of being eligible for a new contract, because I paid early. It was frustrating to say the least. I was the last customer in line, 5 deep, so it took a very long time. The store is only made to accommodate 3 Staff members, and 3 customers at a time, so I chose to wait outside. That was annoying. Although, it was better than remaining in the store. I couldn't wait without being right on the heels of the last customer ahead of me, and they were on the heels of the customer ahead of them. The wait took a while, with the transactions lasting around 5-15 minutes per customer. With standing room only inside, standing out in front of the store was a better alternative than being stuffed inside like sardines. It's not in the best neighborhood, but it was daylight, and a heavy police presence was all around. I did get a new contract, with only 2 lines around $25 cheaper than the old one.
