I've never experienced such poor customer service. I needed help ordering a dress. The first time I walked in there, there was no greeting. Employees walked right past me. I walked up to the counter, girl sitting there looked at me then looked back at her computer. An employee walked up to counter, then after explaining to her that I needed a certain dress and asked if they did special orders all she did was shake her head and didn't explain anything. After leaving, I called the other store that had the dress and the lady said they can special order it, no problem. I walked back in, again no greeting, I literally had to walk after the Asian girl to get her attention because she walked right past me. I said, "Excuse me." she turned around and gave me this miserable attitude. She didn't ask how she could help or anything. I told her I needed to do a special order she turned around, called her other employee, explained to her, then walked away. Humble yourself. Then the black girl was quietly discussing with the white worker there for about 5 minutes while I waited. Then finally they asked what was it "exactly" that I needed. I explained that I needed a dress to be special ordered, she looked confused and asked what it was for... I told her it was for a bridesmaid and need it in as soon as possible. (by September). She said, "wellll...how soon cause like it can take up to like 10 days.." It's the month of June... use your mind. I thank Jesus He gave me patience that day. I can not put into words these girls faces, uninterested TONE and slowness. When a customer needs something, get on it. They lied about doing special orders and tried everything they could to to avoid it. I waisted my time, waiting for their slow, rude and miserable selves to do nothing but give me a hard time.

Manager needs to put these girls in check or better yet get a new staff ASAP. If you hate your job then find another one. I think they all just need Jesus though. That was the poorest customer service ever....

WOW! Worst customer service I’ve had possibly ever! Both workers were so rude. Jourdan, and I didn’t catch the other girls name. I asked Jourdan “excuse me could you get this down for me please?” She looks at me doesn’t answer and walks slowly to get the tool to get the dress. She stands in front of it and doesn’t say a word. What a weird human. She finally says what size? I asked for two sizes and she gets them down with the tool and points the dresses at me NOT SAYING A WORD. I get the dresses and instead of her asking me, uhh hmm let me think IF I WANT TO TRY THEM ON, she walks away. I go find an empty dressing room on my own and decide to get it on my own. I wanted to get a pair of shoes and decided not to because I didn’t DARE want to ask her for anything. Her face the entire time looked like she hated anyone and everyone who even looked in the same direction as her. OH! Unless it was the one other employee who was equally as rude. They smiled at each other though. When I checked out they had some sort of inside joke (probably about me, a normal customer) When she handed me my stuff she didn’t say thank you or say ANYTHING. I don’t need a full conversation or anything, but the faces they would just make at customers were insane, like they were so mad anyone would be there. Idk who they think they are having an attitude like that and working with customers. You won’t ever catch me at that store again. If you don’t want to work there,...

i went shopping here yesterday to buy dresses for me & my mom for her wedding. i waited at the dressing room for an employee to help me out for about 10min while 3 different workers dismissed me as they walked past me (didn't think too much of it at first; maybe it wasn't their section to work) & this one employee helped the girl who was waiting in line behind me- yet still dismissed me & then i watched this same employee walk in a dressing room & try on clothes to show her coworkers- still dismissing the fact that i was still there, waiting. so i took it upon myself to just walk right in & try on my dresses. before checking out, we looked at the jewelry they had in front of the registers & then we stood in line because i didn't wanna walk up to any register in case it was closed etc. one of the girls who dismissed me stood in front of a register then said to me, 'u ready or what?'. i never had an issue with her until that moment. but i refused to give her an attitude back because maybe she had a bad day? i used to work in customer service so i know how bad customers can get but there was no reason for her to lash out on me when i wasn't the one who made her upset. i didn't have a problem with any other employee but that one girl who cashed me out. but i hope she has...
