I have to say I had such a beautiful experience at the second COACH coffee shop in the US. The fact that they decided to build it in Austin is extra cool. I had seen this location on TikTok, but I wasn’t aware that they also had the retail store attached to it. To me, this is perfect, especially if you’re someone who needs to pick up a last-minute gift from COACH. You can grab a bag, a coffee, and a brownie. It’s a win all around.

The space was so bright and clean. The sales associates were incredibly nice and personable, and the coffee staff was just as sweet as could be.

So why only four stars?

Side note, I hate when people give glowing reviews and then drop the rating, with no explanation, so I'm going to explain why I only gave four stars.

At the coffee counter, they have memorabilia you can buy. I picked up a really cute small satchel that was $45, along with a coffee that was about $5.50. When I checked out, the system prompted a suggested tip. Without thinking, I tapped the 20 percent option like I always do. Later, I looked at the receipt and realized the tip was over $7.

I should have only tipped on the coffee, not my entire purchase. COACH should really separate the amount eligible for tipping based on whether a customer is buying food or just memorabilia. I’m not super upset about it, because honestly, it was a mild inconvenience and in this economy I don’t mind giving a little extra. Especially since the two people working the café were so incredibly sweet.

That said, I do think the system needs a small update. In the future, I’ll definitely be more mindful if I buy from the café again. But if this location keeps rotating new memorabilia, I’ll absolutely stop by every time...

As a teacher I try to get myself a gift at the end of each school year for surviving (literally) the year. At 54 I decided to finally purchased my first "real" purse! I spent a lot of time looking and considering and decided to go classic Coach with one of their re-released/updated vintage look bags.

From the minute I walked in the door I felt at home. Literally EVERYONE working in the Domain shop was authentically friendly, welcoming and helpful without hovering, which seems to be a lost art these days. I wish I could drop the names of all the staff I encountered - so this is a big 5 stars for their hiring and training. They genuinely seem happy to be working there, which also says a lot of about the workplace culture.

Shout out to the coffee shop staff too! Yes, they have one right inside the store. They made my drink perfectly. So nice to be able to grab an iced latte on my way out the door into the Texas sun.

I purchased the "Swinger", design based on a bag from the 80's with some updated touches. It is a small handbag that also comes with a cross body strap. For a minimalist, the size is perfect. It fits my glasses case, cellphone, Bose Headphones case and car keys. All you need when you run out the door! I also LOVE the locking zipper detail. While it is not likely to fend off a seasoned pickpocket, if you keep it lock side to your body, it probably helps keep sticky fingers out of your bag. Finally, they had tons of options to emboss for a custom tag. I chose my initials and a sassy skull to make it look a little more punk rock.

This was definitely the best shopping experience I have had in years. The next time I need something as a self care present they will be...

The Coach store in the Domain is my favorite location. Dashley, who my husband and I work with, is fantastic. When their custom hang tag station was down, she texted me when it was back up and running. That’s great customer service! The store is always so clean and organized which is a feat considering how many visitors this location gets especially now that they have the Coach coffee shop inside. All of the associates are very nice and welcoming. I really enjoy heading to the back of the store where the couch and coffee table are. It’s the quieter part of the store where I can take my time to examine the various bags and accessories. They also have many full length mirrors around the store to try on bags and other accessories. Overall, if you like Coach you will enjoy...
