I received a $280 bracelet gift. My friend advised me Pandora was having a sale where you would treceive a free bracelet and she was told by customer service the bracelet I received could be returned and I could repurchase to get the free bracelet. I walked in the Domain location and was greeted by the most non friendly face the assistant manager Carolina. I was told since it was a previous purchase she would not honor the free bracelet. I advised her I wanted to return for a store credit and then buy it again for the free bracelet. Carolina stated since she knew it was a previous purchase I could go somewhere else and she would not honor the promotion. The bracelet was purchased about two day before the sale started. I might be wrong, but why such a nasty attitude towards a customer. I drove 15 minutes to the other location and Ashley was super helpful and accommodating. I ended up spending about $600 with Ashley. Carolina needs a lesson in better customer service and maybe a vacation, since she is such a hard nose when it comes to her job. Read moreWent to this location to switch out sizes of rings from rings I purchased THAT day at a different location. Had the receipts and was just looking for a smaller size. Sometimes you don’t know how well rings fit you until after you wear them (finger swelling etc.). They told me I couldn’t exchange them after I had worn them. Mind you I sat in the store trying them on for hours earlier (as your allowed to do at any Pandora store) and wore them out of the store with no bags or anything! The only reason I didn’t go back to the same location as earlier was because it was an hour from my house and this was 5 minutes. I had spent $150 so I drove the hour back to the original store and they graciously helped me with no issue.
I never write negative reviews but this store’s customer service made me rethink being a Pandora customer entirely. Read moreI called in advance to ask an employee if an item I wanted to exchange was in stock, she was snippy with me and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about after I had clearly provided the name of the product as seen on the website. She then put me on hold for 10 mins to “see if we have it in stock”. When I hung up and called back the second attendant (Remey) was able to look up and locate the item in a few moments. When I got to the store roughly 10 minutes later there were 4 working attendants and only 1 was waiting on a customer, I’m not understanding why the first individual was acting the way she was. Shout out to (Remey) very prompt with answers and helpful, but over all I will not be coming back, very poor customer service. I’m not sure exactly who I spoke to the first time, but I am very disappointed if this is how they are treating customers.
