Delray Cafe — Local services in Austin

Okay, this is a complex review because this is my favorite restaurant and food truck. Their Buffalo wings and blue cheese are to die for. Their tots are always crispy, their sliders are greasy and can cure my hangover in a second. I have a big hang up with them though and that’s their online ordering system. You cannot order the impossible sliders (you must order regular and then ask for impossible in the notes, which sometimes when you show up this one guy asks you to pay extra… even though there’s no way to order them by itself and I’ve told TWO managers this over the last 2 months). The other issue with online ordering is that you do not have the options for all sauces on all of the sides and wings. Can someone from y’all’s truck please look into this? I’d come so much more often if you could fix this and make ordering...

This place has a menu on Google AND Uber eats, but they aren't responsible enough as a business to update their menu on either, meaning the $25.88 that I was going to make on this order, that the customer went online to order, is not available because they decided to secretly change the menu for October, without updating any of their menus online, meaning I wasted gas for nothing AND the customer will not get their food. And of course they don't care because their only concern is the money THEY are getting now , forget loyal customers. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Double slider with cheese!! If they read this review, I suggest using potato buns to achieve perfection, but it’s still GREAT and the price is right. They do a lot of things well, like starting the meat off as a loose ball and then smashing it into the grill. The onions, pickles, and mustard combine with the melty cheese and steamy bun to create a really good slider texture.
